OUR FALL COLLECTION focuses on helping women pack for a wide array of cool weather outdoor activities from tailgating to road trips, picnics, festivals, pumpkin patches, apple picking, and more.
For me, Fall signals a richly colored palette. I designed classic stripes and plaids sparked with vibrant hues, along with floral and leafy patterns that complement our seasonal leopard.
I’m especially excited to introduce two new solid-color fabrics: a warm-handed corduroy and a buttery-soft box quilted. Both are easy fall fashion statements, the perfect solution to carry our customer’s day wherever her busy fall calendar takes her.

We reserve the right to discontinue partnership with any retailer we feel does not accurately align with the SCOUT brand and is not actively invested in growing the SCOUT brand in their store. This includes adequate dedication of space and organized merchandising.
⊲ Accounts must maintain an annual order minimum of $3,000 to remain an active retailer.
⊲ All vendors must complete our Wholesale Partner Intake Form. Failure to do so will result in closure of account.
⊲ SCOUT and the local SCOUT sales representative must review and approve all new account prospects and all store locations where SCOUT will be sold.
⊲ At our discretion, we reserve the right to approve, deny, or stop selling to any retailer we do not feel accurately aligns with the SCOUT brand.
⊲ Accounts must align with our brand standards and adhere to MAP pricing. Please see below for additional information on MAP pricing policy.
⊲ Once approved, new accounts must place an opening order of $500 and maintain an annual order minimum of $3,000.
⊲ We do not sell to the following types of retailers:
⊲ Vendors who retail products solely through Amazon, eBay, Etsy, or any other vendors selling exclusively through social media
⊲ Vendors who act as a third-party retailer to any online/Amazon marketplaces
⊲ Online only retailers
⊲ Discount or consignment stores
⊲ Vendors/booths/kiosks at local fairs, flea markets, trunk shows, etc.
⊲ Home party/home-based businesses
⊲ New Accounts must have a valid credit card and/or ACH for first orders. Terms will be evaluated on case by case basis and a credit check will be performed.
⊲ Approved retailers have 30 days after confirmation of approval to place an order, or their account will be deactivated and territory opened.
SCOUT’s goal is to strategically support brand demand through thoughtful retail partnerships in each market. While we strive for balanced distribution, territory protection is only considered for retailers of similar classification who order a minimum of $5,000 annually, buy from 60% of the categories and participate in all seasonal product launches.
Retail partners may advertise SCOUT products at or above the minimum advertised price (MAP). The MAP equals the MSRP displayed on our retail website, price list, and product hang tags. In-season products, especially when nearing the end of a season, may be promoted for a limited time at a discount; however, they cannot be sold at discounted prices for more than seven days in a 30-day period. While selling SCOUT at a discount is not encouraged or required, pastseason products can be placed on final sale.

Retailers violating the MAP Policy will be given 72 hours to comply. Thereafter, SCOUT may, at its own discretion, hold sales orders and/or close the account altogether.
Trans-shipping is strictly prohibited. Any retailer found to be trans-shipping is subject to termination of the SCOUT partnership and subject to closure.
All store locations must be shared with SCOUT via the Wholesale Partner Intake form with explicit approval from SCOUT and/or the local representative.
We require advance notice of a store address and/or ownership change and if any additional storefront locations are added. To avoid territory conflicts, each new and additional storefront must be approved by SCOUT to carry the product.
SCOUT requires all customers who wish to present or sell SCOUT products online to register their online presence with SCOUT and agree to comply with the MAP Policy as listed in these terms. Customers may not use a national/global selling platforms (by way of example and not of limitation: Amazon, Walmart, Target) other than their independent e-commerce site as a means
of presenting or selling SCOUT products. We reserve the right to terminate any account not in compliance with these terms and conditions with immediate effect.
All prices, estimates, orders, and invoices are in USD. Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it confirm our offer to sell. We may require additional verification or information to process your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order at any time after receipt for any reason. Retailers are responsible for all fees associated with shipping, taxes, customs, excise, etc. for the transaction. Other than as set out in these Terms and Conditions, we shall not be responsible for any loss or damage because of SCOUT canceling your order. Your order will not be approved until payment information has been confirmed. Kindly note that inventory is not reserved until orders are approved.
⊲ Orders will be canceled 30 days after the requested ship date if we are unable to ship for any reason.
⊲ Pre-buy orders are considered final. Edits cannot be made to an order without SCOUT’s approval.
⊲ All prices listed in this catalog are subject to change without notice. Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of shipment. SCOUT reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time due to changes in costs, tariffs, or other market conditions.
⊲ SCOUT can adjust shipping/freight charges to respond to global and/or industry trends.
⊲ If a credit card is declined and payment is not resolved after three contact attempts or within three weeks, the order will be canceled and the account will be placed on hold until SCOUT is contacted and confirms that the payment issue has been resolved.
If a retailer’s purchase includes defective products, we will accommodate a refund on the original card of payment or a replacement shipment (subject to inventory availability) within 15 days of original delivery. If you fail to inspect and report damage or non-conformance within the 15-day period, your order will be deemed accepted.
If your order is damaged, please submit photos of the damage to SCOUT. If your order was damaged during shipment, please take photos of the exterior shipping box and the damage and submit via our wholesale damage submission form. To receive a credit, replacement, or refund, retailers must complete the SCOUT Damage Submission Form.
SCOUT does not accept or require the return of damaged products. Once SCOUT has received and resolved the damage report, it is recommended that the item be sold at a discount or donated. Original shipping costs are not refundable. SCOUT will pay the return shipping costs if the return results from our error (e.g., if you received an incorrect item). If the product has been approved to be returned for QA inspection, you must work with our customer service team to
request a return authorization (RA#). Products returned without an RA# will be destroyed and deemed damaged, and the client will be responsible for the cost of the product and any re-order of replacement products.
All sales are final; no refunds or store credit will be issued. Orders cannot be canceled once SCOUT has begun processing the order. To promptly deliver, the packing and shipping process commences almost immediately upon order approval and payment confirmation. Any changes to or cancellation of an order can only be made with SCOUT’s prior written approval, and additional charges may apply, as outlined below. Any agreement by SCOUT to accommodate a cancellation request will be conditioned upon payment of all costs, charges, and expenses already incurred by SCOUT. You agree that such amounts may be deducted from any payments previously made to SCOUT. Accordingly, we encourage you to carefully check your order before submitting.

Delivery will be deemed to have taken place when SCOUT places an order for customer delivery in the possession of any carrier service (e.g., UPS, USPS, or Federal Express). SCOUT is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged goods once an order leaves our possession. If you choose a specific delivery date when placing your order, we will do our best to arrange delivery for that day. You acknowledge that requested delivery dates are non-binding estimates only and that you have no claim against us for delays or early deliveries. Once your order is in the hands of the carrier, we have no control over the delivery process, and we recommend you choose a delivery date at least one day earlier to avoid disappointment. We reserve the right to make deliveries in installments, which shall not relieve you of your obligation to accept and pay for the remaining deliveries.
If you choose to use your own carrier account, SCOUT will not be responsible for any shipping charges, fees or lost or damaged product related to that delivery.
All active SCOUT retailers are encouraged to utilize the wholesale website to access approved SCOUT imagery that can be downloaded, printed, and used for marketing. This imagery can be found in the Resources section of the wholesale website.
You agree that you own or license the copyright (or are authorized by the copyright owner to send to us and use) any content or images you submit to us for custom work. You warrant that none of the content or images contain anything that would infringe on any copyright, trademark, design right, or other intellectual property right of any third party. We will not check the content of any images you provide. However, if we believe any image does not comply with these terms, we reserve the right to refuse to use it without any obligation or liability to you. We will fully
cooperate with any law enforcement authorities or companies or organizations providing corporate logos or trademarked images; it is your responsibility to ensure that any material supplied in any medium is not protected by any copyright law or that any necessary permission for SCOUT to reproduce the images has been obtained. We may photograph products we provide to you, including those decorated with a logo or other artwork supplied by you. We may display these photographs on our website or other advertising media for SCOUT’s marketing and promotional purposes unless you specifically request in writing not to do so. All showroom and catalog imagery, advertisements, and email/website content including page headers, footers, images, graphics, patterns, and text are subject to trademark, service mark, trade dress, and any other intellectual property rights or licenses held by Bungalow, LLC. The SCOUT wholesale website is intended only for use by commercial accounts for the purpose of resale purchases. Please refer to our Partner Brand Style Guidelines on the wholesale website for guidelines on applying the SCOUT brand visual identity to marketing materials.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, hold harmless, and defend SCOUT BAGS LLC, its affiliates and subsidiaries, and their respective agents, officers, directors, employees, partners, consultants, independent contractors, successors, and assigns against any loss, claim of loss, injury, costs and damages arising from your purchase of SCOUT’s products.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the internal substantive laws of WASHINGTON DC TOILE without respect to its conflict of laws principles. Any claim or dispute between you and SCOUT shall be decided exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction located in Washington, DC. These Terms and Conditions shall constitute the entire agreement between you and SCOUT regarding your order. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is deemed invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms and Condions, which shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any term of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and SCOUT’s failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. SCOUT reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time and without notice, and it is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions for any changes. Your use of the Website following any amendment of these Terms and Conditions will signify your assent to and acceptance of its terms.
YOU AND SCOUT AGREE THAT ANY CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR ORDER WITH SCOUT MUST COMMENCE WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE CAUSE OF ACTION ACCRUES. OTHERWISE, SUCH CAUSE OF ACTION IS PERMANENTLY BARRED.
