⚬ We charge 3% to help you find the home, navigate the transaction, and ensure that you are insured after the transaction.

⚬ We earn our commission by finding you the right home in a timely manner, negotiating a deal for you, and protecting our clients. 98% of the time, as a part of the seller's marketing, they pay the 3%. In the event that the seller does not pay the 3%, the buyer is responsible for paying that fee.
