School POLICIES

Registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Students will receive a registration confirmation email or letter within two (2) weeks of registration. A $15 non-refundable registration fee and a $200 deposit are due at the time of registration for all workshops. Students will pay the registration fee only once per fiscal year (July 1, 2022–June 30, 2023) regardless of the number of workshops taken in a given fiscal year. Call the School prior to registering if you have any questions regarding policies.

PLEASE NOTE: Scottsdale Artists’ School strongly urges all out-oftown students to buy refundable airline tickets in case of cancellations or other unforeseen changes.

To Register

Online: www.scottsdaleartschool.org

Phone: (800) 333-5707 or (480) 990-1422 using all major credit cards. Approximately 60 days prior to the start date of any workshop you will be invoiced for the balance of your tuition, which is due 45 days prior to the start date. You may pay your balance due online or by calling the School.

Cancellation / Transfer Policies

Cancellations must be requested in writing. To cancel your registration for a workshop, you may mail a letter or send an email to the registrar (registrar@scottsdaleartschool.org). Cancellations are not accepted over the phone, through the website or via social media. You will receive a confirmation regarding your cancellation via email once the Registrar has received your request.

Scottsdale Artists’ School reserves the right to cancel or modify a workshop, or substitute instructors at any time. Full refunds will be issued if the School cancels a workshop. The School also reserves the right to require the withdrawal of any student whose conduct is deemed detrimental to the School environment.

Scottsdale Artists’ School is not responsible for providing make-ups or issuing refunds, credits or transfers for days or entire workshops missed as a result of illness, emergencies or other events beyond the School’s control.

Workshop Cancellations: If you cancel more than 45 days before the start date of a workshop, the School will retain $100 of your deposit as a cancellation fee, and will keep $100 as a credit towards a future workshop. If you cancel 45 days or less before the start date, you will forfeit your entire tuition. There are no refunds for no-shows or for withdrawals after a workshop begins. Scottsdale Artists’ School reserves the right to cancel a workshop up to 30 days prior to the start date. If the School cancels a workshop, students will receive a full refund.
