SCHOOL IMPROVEMENT PLAN 2023-24 STATEMENT OF INTENT 

TARGETED STRATEGIC PRIORITIES

The priorities have arisen out of our desire to drive the school forward to become a high-performance school, where the children achieve the best possible outcomes and where staff have high expectations for each child. By the end of 2024, we expect that: o pupil outcomes by the end of KS2 will be at 80% or more. o staff expectations will be high. o pupils will be confident and articulate learners.

QUALITY OF EDUCATION

1. To ensure staff are delivering a curriculum that meets local need and promotes inclusion, aspiration and engagement.

2. To raise staff expectations and to place continuous improvement at the heart of the school’s work.

3. To raise the profile of the school and its reputation as a high performing school.

4. To implement High Performance Learning as an educational philosophy for all staff and pupils.

Practitioner Networks promote the sharing of best practice and the deployment of expertise as required.
