This week’s prayers are based upon the message of hope delivered by Pope Francis. Last Thursday, we celebrated the Feast of The Ascension of The Lord where Jesus went up to join his Father, in Heaven. This week, we prepare for the Pentecost when Jesus fulfilled his promise to the disciples to send them a new friend. The Holy Spirit came upon them and they were able to go out and spread the Good News as Aspostles. We ask God for the gifts of the Goly Spirit to give us the strength and courage to face any obstacles in our daily lives.
