PHYSICAL EDUCATION Isolation Workouts It is important for your Physical and Mental Well Being that you continue to exercise during this time in isolation. The following slides detail what I recommend you do for the week depending on your Year group. Tips on Keeping Active: •

You don’t need to go running for miles and miles or do loads of weight training to keep active. •

Keep it simple, go for walks, steady jogs or go on a bike.

If you want to challenge yourself there are plenty of home workouts that are available online or more specifically YouTube. •

Keep yourself hydrated, drinks lots of water aim for 2 litres daily.

Avoid binge eating and have a balanced diet involving lots of fruit, vegetables, proteins and healthy carbohydrates to help fight disease and keep you energized in these troubled times.

Get at least 8 hours of sleep per night and avoid playing consoles for a consuming amount of time as this can effect your sleep.
