• Choose and complete at least 6 activities over the course of the half-term.
• Hand in through Seesaw or bring into school before the deadline.
• Each piece will be worth 1-10 house points.
• We expect you to complete each homework task with care.

We’re Going on a Shape Hunt
Can you find any items at home that are cylinders, cubes, cuboids, spheres or pyramids? Take pictures of the shapes you find.
Egg-citing Easter!
Can you make an Easter bonnet? An Easter bonnet is an Easter themed hat that people make around Easter. Use whatever materials you like!
Dear Diary
Can you write a diary entry of something you did over the weekend? Don’t forget to use capital letters, finger spaces and full stops!
How does your garden grow?
Make or draw your own miniature garden. What would you have in your garden? What are your favourite plants? What else would you have in your garden?
Show time
Act out a traditional tale of your choice with your family get into character and talk as if you are that character!
Phonics Out and About
When you are out of the house, have a look for things which have the sh (shop), ch (church), ai (train), ee (bee), ar (car) and oa (goat) sounds. When you get home, write a list or draw pictures of all the things you find!
Pasta Jewellery
Can you make a necklace or bracelet using pasta? Thread the pasta onto a piece of string or wool. You could even paint it different colours!
Lets Cook!
As part of our work on Healthy Eating, can you help cook a meal with your family? How can you make your meal balanced and healthy? Don’t forget to take pictures of what you make!

Spring
Go for a walk with your family and find evidence of Spring. You can either collect artefacts or take pictures of what you find!
Green Fingers
Plant a seed and watch it grow! What do you need to plant a seed? Where is the best place to keep it?
Make a ‘plant diary’ and draw your plant each week to see how it’s grown.

Have your own homework idea linked to our topic or what we have been learning about. Extra points for creativity.
