Potential Change to Headteacher Residential 2020 We had communicated the residential as taking place 22nd and 23rd October. However, we may need to change these dates due to a number of schools having inset days taking place.

We are looking at potentially 8th and 9th October.

If the new provisional dates of 8th and 9th are not suitable for you or your school, please let us know immediately, or by the very latest Wednesday 29th January.

Although we cannot guarantee that we will be able to move this to another time, it will allow us to access the overall impact of moving the date.

Newsletter—Edition 1 Winter 2015 Archdiocesan Awards Closing date Friday 31st January 2020 A reminder that the closing date for the Archdiocese awards is next Friday, 31st January 2020. To date there have been very few entries, so please get in as many entries as soon as possible to the various categories.

NPQ Evaluation Forms We will shortly be emailing Headteachers and CPD Leads with a list of colleagues who have completed, or are nearing completion of NPQML, NPQSL or NPQH. We are asking that one form is completed for each programme (not each colleague) so that we can evaluate the impact of these programmes in our schools.

Free OCR A Level History Teacher Training Event 31st January 2020 A free OCR A-Level History teacher training event has been arranged at Carmel College on 31st January 2020.

This Teaching and Assessment Support session for the OCR A-Level History Qualification, delivered by the OCR Senior Subject Specialist for this qualification, will take place 9.45am until 12.45pm at Carmel College, Prescot Road, St Helens WA10 3AG. The session will cover: · · · ·
