NPQ Autumn 2020: Applications now open until 24th July Funding has been confirmed for the NPQs, with the eligibility criteria unchanged until the end of the academic year - which is great news.

Colleagues can submit their application by the 24th July to secure their place, remembering the following: •

Applicants completing their programme application form will be asked to identify a delivery partner from a drop down list, and then to enter that partner’s ‘partner allocation code’.

Newsletter—Edition 1 Winter 2015 Personal Development Collaboration Lee Peachey, Deputy Headteacher at St. Mary’s Catholic High School Wigan, is offering colleagues the opportunity to gain access to a PD shared google drive which has over 550+ members from across the country. The members consist of senior leaders, SLE’s, consultants and Headteachers.

The PD collaboration shared drive is used to share the very best practice in all elements of Personal Development. The shared drive includes academic research/thinking, teaching and learning strategies, pedagogy, curriculum design, assessment, policy, statutory guidance, and finally a wealth of amazing resources to share. There is a subfolder structure to cater for the following elements of Personal Development.

Pearson Online Maths Sessions Thank you to our Maths HoDs for responding so quickly to our request for information from Pearson.

Pearson are looking at the possibility of running a series of free, live Maths lessons for Y10 ran by their specialist team and are also planning on running weekly sessions to support subject leaders. Topics will be delivered by credible specialists and include: supporting Y10, running online lessons, transition for Y11 going onto A-level, Problem solving and A-level sessions.

We have forwarded the feedback and suggestions from colleagues, and will be back in touch with further information as soon as this becomes available.

Newsletter—Edition 1 Winter 2015 FFT Statistical Subject Moderation FFT will provide a new 'Statisical subject moderation' report for all schools which analyses your predictions, factoring in FFT estimates and school subject performance in previous years. It will highlight any unusual subject level patterns which might merit further attention.
