Caroline Carberry QC has a strong profile as a leading practitioner in the defence and prosecution of complex and serious cases.

In late 2017 she made legal history by successfully prosecuting the country’s first ever case of GBH with intent through the transmission of the HIV virus.

This ground-breaking trial involved evidence of the utmost sensitivity and complexity.

Appointed Recorder 2018 Caroline also sits as a Tribunal Judge, is Legal Chair of the Police Disciplinary

Teacher & Author Yemisi Corinaldi is a UK registered pharmacist with almost 20 years of broad Regulatory Affairs experience gained within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device sectors. She has led regulatory affairs teams at a country and regional level providing strategic and operational expertise on regulatory submissions and agency interactions in the EU.

Oluwayemisi Corinaldi EU Regulatory Lead at Spark Therapeutics, Inc.

Yemisi started her career as a hospital pharmacist before moving into the pharmaceutical industry where she worked as a clinical trial specialist before moving into regulatory affairs and working across multiple therapy areas. She is currently the EU Regulatory Affairs Lead at Spark Therapeutics, a company committed to discovering, developing & delivering gene therapies to challenge the inevitability of genetic disease. Yemisi holds a BSc (Hons) in Pharmacy.
