CHS South - Personal Exercise Record Diary WHAT: To take part in a short two-week training programme
Task 1 – Watch the Clips of Miss Smith & Mr Singh completing each exercise.
HOW: Through a 6 station work out Session 1 – Complete the six stations once and record your repetitions Session 2 – Complete the six stations twice and record your repetitions Session 3 – Complete the six stations twice and record your repetitions Session 4 – Complete the six stations twice and record your repetitions Session 5 – Complete the six stations three times and record your repetitions
Pick the standard of exercise (Red, Amber, Green) that you think you can copy with the correct movement technique. Time yourself for 30 seconds on each station and record the number of repetitions you do. Remember you can change how difficult the exercise is based on whether you pick RED, Amber or Green standard (Green is the most difficult).
