Phonics SPaG Phonics Play is free at the moment using the username: march2020 password: home If you check on the back of your child’s reading book the Phonics Phase will be clear. If you cannot see it aim for Phase 6 on Phonics Play – it may redirect you to Spelling Zone. Select ‘resources’ on the tab at the top. Reading
During the month of May we would have been doing our SATs. If you would like to have a little look at the style of questions your child would have been faced with, there are past SAT papers on the link below. It gives you guidance on how to administer the questions. I am not for one minute suggesting you sit your child down and test them but the guidance gives you an idea of how long the children would have for the paper etc. You could even rewrite or print the questions, cut them up and have a SPaG hunt around your home/garden. Each time they find a question and answer it correctly they get a point. If your child has already completed this SAT paper (some children had one sent home in their packs) then select a different year paper.
