Home Learning Pack for Year 1 Week 10 Hello Year 1 , I hope you are all well and you are enjoying your home learning. It was great to speak to everyone this week and see what you have been doing. I know lots of you have enjoyed being out in the garden, going for walks and learning to ride your bikes. Enjoy listening and talk about the story.

Day 2 : Think about what it was like to drive through the beans, talk about which words we could use. If you are brave enough put some beans in a tray and try it out! Drive a toy car or bus (or cut out cardboard bus) through the beans. (see worksheets attached – add you descriptive words.

Day 3: Where did the bus go next? Discuss using the picture clues. Record your ideas (make a list) Day 4: What was the road like? How do we know? (see the attached sheet)

Set time aside each day to read and enjoy the reading games on Reading Buddy. Why not create your own

There are many reading books online for each age group if Reading Buddy is not available.

Have you read a book that you would recommend, tell others about it.

Please note: If you have trouble accessing Reading Buddy but you are reading other books please let us know and we can add you to our certificate list each week.

Please try to read every day, even if it is only a couple of pages.

If you do not have access to your codes please let us know and we can update you.
