Postgraduate Certificate in Research Informed Early Years Leadership Course Overview This course consists of two interlinked modules. The first will lay the foundations for a research project in an aspect of Early Years Leadership by exploring a range of research approaches, including the ethical underpinnings of research. In the second module you will actually carry out a small action research project into your chosen aspect of Early Years Leadership and evaluate its successes.
