ALPSIT CHILDREN'S CONFERENCES

Plans are well up and running for our children's conferences 'You're gonna hear us ROAR' in June next year. We've had an overwhelming response from our schools with over 2000 children registered to attend.

It's super important to us to make sure every child experience a day they wont forget. So we are asking for your full support in helping us reach our target of £70,000. Please ask all the local businesses, partners or philanthropists you have links with and contact us with any ideas. Did you know your local business can sponsor your class?

In January we will be running a steering group led by a group of children so we can tailor the content to align with what they would like to see.

EVENTS round-up

ALPSIT Stand-Up Comedy We had an excellent time at the ALPSIT stand up comedy night in November we were blown away with the calibre of acts on and the turn out was amazing! A massive congratulations goes out to our brave volunteers Mike Phillips, Angela Tambourini, Paul Kelly, Liam Daniels, Tim Warren and Sarah Williams, outstanding work and gold stars all round.

Strictly NUGENT HUGE congratulations goes to Klare for not only bagging first place but also for raising a whopping £1680 for Nugent care at the Strictly Nugent event. We couldn't be prouder, well done Klare.

ALPSIT schools tread the boards

Did you know 6 ALPSIT schools are participating in the Liverpool Empire Lets Play Festival taking place at the Empire theatre from Monday 6th - Thursday 9th January 2020. CPD COURSES AVAILABLE IDSR Training - Multiple Sessions - 27th January | LACE and Wrightington hotel There's opportunity to run another four IDSR courses. The course is geared towards heads, SLT or governors, the course length is 1.5 hours and will run in both LACE and the Wrightington hotel.

In other news.

Behaviour Hubs Following from the success of the 'When adults change everything else changes' conference we've been having exciting conversations with Pivotal Education around the development of behaviour support hubs. This would include training a number of staff from across the Archdiocese to lead networks based on sharing good practice.
