Well done to all the children and thank you to all the visitors who attended. Pictures are on the website and twitter. CLASSES 1G and 1K ASSEMBLY - is on Friday 6th July at 9.10am in the school hall. All family and friends are welcome. YEAR 4 GUITAR RECITAL - Family and friends of our Year 4 pupils attended a recital on Thursday where they were treated to the pupils playing their guitars and singing a number of songs. Well done to all the pupils. YEAR 6 - spent the day at Blackpool Sandcastle on Wednesday for their leavers’ trip. They enjoyed the slides, Hyperzone, rapids and the wave pool. CRUCIAL CREW - Our Year 5 pupils attended the Crucial Crew at Wigan Life Centre this week. They learned about keeping safe and healthy. PAUL DELANEY - spent Thursday with us in school teaching the Year 3 performance poetry and held a whole school assembly which the children thoroughly enjoyed. YEAR 6 LEAVERS’ MASS - is on Wednesday 4th July at 9.15am at St Oswald’s Church - all family and friends are welcome. OWN CLOTHES DAY - is on Friday 6th July for the summer fair with a £1 donation per pupil. Thank you for your support and we hope to see you all at the fair from 2.30pm. A separate information poster and flyer has been sent out today regarding the arrangements for the fair. LEGO COMPETITION - is being held at our summer fair on 6th July. Pupils can make a lego vehicle of their choice £2.00 entry fee. There is a lego kit prize for the most technical entry and a prize for the most creative entry. This competition is being run by two Year 5 pupils.
