EASTER HOLIDAYS - SCHOOL RE-OPENS ON THURSDAY 12TH APRIL AT 8.50AM PROMPT. EASTER RAFFLE - was held on Tuesday - there are lots of photos on the website, twitter and flickr. Thank you for all your donations - you have been very generous. Our Good Shepherd activities have raised a magnificent £618.01. EASTER GARDENS - Well done to all the children who made gardens - they are spectacular. The gardens have been taken to church where they will remain over the Easter period. EASTER ASSEMBLY - was held this afternoon - all the children and staff took part in listening to the events of Holy Week, singing hymns and saying prayers. TOAST - if you wish your child to have toast at playtime in the summer term, the cost for the first half- term will be £9.30 payable on the first Monday back - 16th April. DINNERS - Dinner money for the first half of the summer term is £66.65 and payable on the first Monday back, 16th April. SUMMER UNIFORM - can be worn from 12th April – this includes checked blue and white or yellow and white dresses and grey short trousers. We encourage the children to wear sunscreen and bring hats to school during the summer term. . SPECIAL SCHOOLS CONSULTATION - Wigan Council are undertaking a consultation to gain views about the provision for special education and ask that parents/carers have the opportunity to be consulted.
