“Don’t let the butterflies get you!” That’s what my grandfather said when I told him I was leaving a corporate job to start my own company. What he meant was don’t let the jitters of the unknown hold you back.
WHAT’S THE BEST ADVICE YOU COULD GIVE? Be authentic. Be brave. Be inclusive.
WHAT DOES YOUR ORGANIZATION DO? Our college’s mission is to graduate purpose-driven leaders equipped with 21st century business skills so they can contribute to and thrive in South Carolina and beyond.
WHAT IS YOUR ROLE? My role is to encourage and support our team to take our college to new heights of academic relevance. I’m our biggest cheerleader!
