Choose from an assortment of function rooms to host your meeting, conference, or networking event. With space for up to 400 guests and prices starting from just £42.92 (plus VAT) per person, we will tailor-make a package to suit your unique specifications and budget.

Awards Dinners & Gala Balls

An awards dinner or gala ball is a great way to reward your team, thank your clients, and celebrate success.

We can accommodate up to 250 guests for a dinner dance in our largest, air-conditioned function room. The Devora Suite offers an elegant and spacious setting for your event and features an impressive terrace with stunning views over the lake and golf courses.

Our award-winning chefs will provide delicious menus to impress, with most of the ingredients sourced locally - as well as seasonal fresh fruit provided from our own family farms.

From menu selections to entertainment options, our team will work closely with you to ensure that every detail is taken care of.

Private Summer Parties

A fantastic setting for socialising during the summer months, our south-facing Devora Suite terrace enjoys sunshine from dawn to dusk and can accommodate up to 300 guests for pre-dinner drinks or a barbeque. For smaller gatherings, our Constable Rooms and terrace can accommodate up to 150 guests. If you’re looking for a summer party with a difference, discover our tipi site located just a ten-minute walk from the resort. Prepare to impress your guests with an event full of boho charm and breathtaking views.

Celebrate the festive season in style with a private Christmas party at SbN Resort. Enjoy exclusive use of our magical winter wonderland-themed Constable Rooms or Devora Suite for your event, complete with a delicious dinner and live DJ entertainment to dance the night away.

Explore our picturesque outdoor tipi venue for your summer events, accommodating up to 100 guests. Positioned in an idyllic setting of lakes and woodland, and just a five-minute drive from the resort, the site offers all the amenities you require. Enjoy a staffed bar, luxury port-a-loos, a speaker system, complimentary on-site parking, WiFi, and both indoor and outdoor seating areas.

Our tipi site is ideal for corporate away days, summer parties, fun days, team-building events, BBQs, and drinks receptions.

Our two championship golf courses have hosted many internationally televised PGA events, so you can follow in the footsteps of champions. The Devora Suite

The Devora is the largest and most prestigious of our function rooms, featuring a full-length balcony to the south which overlooks the golf courses.

There is also a large terrace adjoining the Devora Suite which enjoys sunshine for most of the day, accommodating up to 300 guests for pre-dinner drinks or a barbeque. Combined, the Devora Suite and adjoining Gainsborough Bar can hold up to 400 delegates in a theatre-style arrangement.

The Constable Rooms

The Constable Rooms consist of two flexible spaces, the Haywain and the Dedham, which can be used as a single room for a larger function across both spaces, or separated into two rooms with soundproofing dividing walls to host a smaller event. They feature a manned, fully-stocked bar, airconditioning, and access to a spacious terrace with lovely golf course views.

This event space is ideal for hosting meetings, networking events, and private dining.

Haywain

Perfect for holding board meetings, training sessions and smaller conferences, the Haywain is one half of the Constable Rooms, with access to the Constable Bar.

Dedham

The Dedham is the second half of the Constable Rooms. A self-contained event space, the Dedham is ideal for hosting breakout sessions, presentations and meetings.

Honey Tye

Honey Tye is a self-contained meeting and events venue at our Apple Tree Lodges site. It’s ideal for hosting smaller meetings, wellbeing retreats or corporate boardrooms.

As a family farming business, we recognise our responsibility as custodians of the countryside and understand the importance of preserving our environment. We are deeply committed to our eco-credentials and as a part of our longterm strategy, we've invested over £5 million in renewable and sustainable energy sources. These include:

Biomass boilers
