2021 GREG MARTIN LEGACY VIRTUAL EDUCATION SERIES

GREG MARTIN LEGACY VIRTUAL EDUCATION SERIES To honor The Southern’s former long-time CEO, the Southern Leadership Division (SLD) is hosting the 2021 Greg Martin Legacy Education Series. This virtual series is designed specifically for current and emerging leaders and provides an excellent educational format that focuses on brand positioning, strategy, and business model in the “New Normal.” We kicked off the 3-part series on March 11th with Terry McKenna’s presentation on Leadership for an Uncertain Future. Terry challenged attendees to answer the question “do you or anyone in your organization have the capacity to lead the company into an unknown future” and showed how leaders today must be: forward-thinking, strategically flexible, and adaptable, with a willingness to challenge the status quo and conventional wisdom. The second session of the series will be part of the SLD’s Virtual Midyear Business Resource Meeting, offering a robust afternoon of subject matter experts and an industry roundtable.
