Some residents may have already received, or will soon receive, a Savannah Community Association Resident Information Form in the mail This form is essential for keeping our records current, allowing us to communicate with everyone efficiently.

UPDATES, REMINDERS, AND ALL THINGS COMPLIANCE!
This is a friendly reminder to you all of some of the policies for the Savannah community requirements:
Tree branches must have an eleven feet clearance from the street and a six foot clearance above the sidewalk.
Shrubs and bushes are required to be trimmed, dead shrubs removed and replaced.
Dead trees are required to be removed and replaced. Please note, that most arborists say that Fall and early Spring are the best times to plant trees.
Front-yard beds are required to have the weeds/grass removed and mulch replaced annually.
Trailers/Campers are not authorized to be parked in the street or front driveway.
Political signs are required to be removed no later than 10 days after an election. This means removal no later than Saturday, November 16th.
Holiday decorations may be installed no earlier than 45 days before the holiday and must be removed within 30 days after the holiday.
The only flags authorized to be displayed are the flag of the United States of America, the flag of the State of Texas, and official or replica flags of any branch of the United States Military.
Sidewalk repairs are the responsibility of the homeowner
Repairs on homes with damage, trim falling off or needing painting, shudders falling off, porch railings requiring repairs, fences needing repair, ect
These are some of the policies that are in the Consolidated Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for the Community of Savannah to help keep the neighborhoods beautiful.

If you are planning to submit proposed changes to your home or property, we’re here to assist you every step of the way. Below are the steps to help you submit an Architectural Approval form:

Complete the Architectural Approval Form:
Fill out the attached form describing your proposed changes, including details such as location, colors, materials, and contractor information.
Submit Your Form:
You can submit the completed form by: Emailing it to savannca@ciramail.com, or Dropping it off at the clubhouse office.
For questions or further assistance, contact our Resident Service Group toll-free at 1-855-9-GrandM (1-855-947-2636). Resident Service office hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 7:00 PM Central Time.
Submitting your Architectural Approval request through the portal ensures efficient processing and review by the Architectural Review Committee. They will provide a decision within 30 days, communicated through the management office.
