Connect 2.0 (B2B) & (B2C)
Connect 1.0 is the initial product developed by Salefloor. It’s a digital product hosted on e-commerce website, and put in contact shoppers with in-store advisors of the brand.
After the acquisition, we upgraded it to Connect 2.0 to make the experience more conversational and increase the general performance of the product.
I was also deeply involved in the delivery process elaboration, the creation of documentation, and the team training and onboarding with this upgrade.
WHY AN UPGRADE OF CONNECT 1.0 TO 2.0?
In the initial experience, the shopper has to fill a form to be able to live chat, book an appointment or email/ text an in-store advisors.
After a performance analysis, we realized completion rate was very low among most of the integrations. But Customer satisfaction was high. User are few to engage with the plateform, but once they do, they are very attached and satisfied with the service.
The main goal of Connect 2.0 was to increase initiate and completions rates.
Our main hypotesis for Connect 2.0 design was to establish that a conversational experience is more engaging than a form experience.

ERGONOMIC STUDY OF TOBII
EYE-TRACKER ON UNITY SOFTWARE
➤ University of Technology, Compiègne, France
The purpose of this project was to lead an ergonomic study to compare the use of an eye-tracker with other means of navigation like a mouse or keyboard. The context of this study was applied to a camera monitoring position.

Scenario 1: User wants to navigate through a camera display.
We built a map prototype, with an up view (red classic mouse navigation.
Scenario 2: User wants to switch a camera display
We tested different settings, considering users ‘s vision focuses on a circular zone and not a point.
We tested different areas of vision that will control the switch display:
➤ Other settings: Sometimes users do not want to switch the camera, but just evaluate the display, and then select it. Different other settings had been tested to evaluate the best configuration that would allow both actions.
➤ Winning setting: when the user looks on the red zone, it switches the display of the main camera.
mobile Application UI for whisky degustation
➤ Freelance, Montréal, Canada
This application U was designed in collaboration with a friend very knowledgeable and passionate about whisky and liquors.
For context, whisky’s degustation suffers from its stereotype of users: users above 50 years old, mostly masculine, and expensive interest. t doesn’t suit a younger and more diversified user target.
Moreover, when you taste a sample, the user usually holds their glasses in one hand, so it may be difficult for them to take notes.

➤ We wanted to make this universe more accessible as it is for beer and more recently wine.
We picked a neutral design to help focus on the degustation and not influence user’s perceptions.
➤ We also ideate a full end-to-end tasting experience through this application. We also extended the concept by rating the different tasting experiences, compare and sharing it within a community.
Design of a logotype and brand image
➤ Final logotype definition
➤ University of Technology, Compiègne, France
In the context of a University project, I designed the logotype of a fictive hiking brand.
Makalu is the 5th highest mountain in the world in the Himalayas. I looked for inspiration from these areas in terms of shape and colors.
