งานไทยแลนด์แกรนด์เฟสติวัล 10-11 มีนาคม 2555 Thailand Grand Festival 10-11 March 2012
ทางโรงเรียนได้รับความ อนุเคราะห์จากสถานกงสุล โดยจัดเต้นท์ให้กับโรงเรียน เพื่อที่ทางโรงเรียนจะได้ทา กิจกรรมร่วมกับชุมชนและเป็น การโฆษณาโรงเรียนเพื่อให้ ชุมชนได้รับทราบรายละเอียด เกี่ยวกับโรงเรียนมากยิ่งขึ้น ในงานนี้ทางโรงเรียนได้ทา สอยดาวจับรางวัลต่าง ๆ มากมาย และมีผู้ให้ความ สนใจร่วมจับรางวัลสอยดาว งานนี้ทางโรงเรียนได้รายได้ จากการสอยดาวประมาณ 770 ดอลล่าร์
นอกจากนั้น ในงานนี้มีผู้ โชคดีซึ่งเป็นหนึ่งในกรรมการ ของโรงเรียนได้รับรางวัลตั๋ว เครื่องบินการบินไทยคือ คุณ ยศวดี กุลีช่วย ถือว่าโชคดี มากๆ ที่มาช่วยกิจกรรม โรงเรียนที่เต้นท์แล้วยังได้รับ รางวัลตั๋วเครื่องบินในงานอีก ด้วย ขอ แสดงความ ยินดีมา ณ ที่นี้ด้วย
purposes. As well as promoting the school via individual contact and printed material, we also sold lucky star prize tickets and collected a fantastic $770.00 for the school funds. One of our committee members also won the major prize from the festival, congratulations to Khun Yoswadee Kuleechuay who won a return ticket and accommodation package to Thailand from Thai Airways. Thanks to all who attended and volunteered on the days.

หลังจากที่ได้รับความสนใจ จากผู้ที่เข้าชมในงาน Harmony Day ที่ซิดนีย์ทาวน์ฮอลล์เมื่อปี ที่แล้วและมีสื่อมวลชนจาก SBS มาสัมภาษณ์เด็ก ๆ ของเรา ปีนี้เป็นอีกหนึ่งปีที่ทาง โรงเรียนได้มีโอกาสได้เข้า ร่วมในงาน Living in Harmony
ช่วงเวลาโรงเรียนเปิด อีกทั้ง Multicultural Concert โดยทาง โรงเรียนได้จัดการแสดง 1 ชุด เป็นการโปรโมทโรงเรียนด้วย เป็นชุดที่เด็กโตรา เรียกว่ารา อีกทางหนึ่ง นารีศรีนคร ซึ่งได้รับการฝึกสอน ในช่วงซัมเมอร์โปรเจค งานนี้ก็ ต้องขอขอบคุณผู้ปกครองและ เด็กนักเรียนของเราที่ได้ Continue page 2 เสียสละเวลา เนื่องจากเป็น

Living in Harmony Multicultural Concert @ Sydney Town Hall (continued) BTCL school had a chance to show Thai dancing at this event last year which was organised by the City of Sydney. Local and international media attended the event and interviewed our children. This year we were once again invited to join the event. Our senior students presented the performance “Ram Naree Srinakorn”, which was performed very well by the students and was well received by the audience. (They had been practicing since the Summer School Project). The committee appreciates the efforts of the students and dedication shown by parents during the normal school term.

Songkran Festival @ Wat Pa Buddharangsee, Leumeah งานสงกรานต์ที่วัดป่าพุทธรังษี ลูเมียร์ ได้มีเป็นประจาทุกปี และทางโรงเรียนได้ร่วม กิจกรรมกับทางวัดมาตลอด เป็นเวลาหลายปี และปีนี้ก็ เช่นเดิม ทางโรงเรียนได้ จัดการแสดงนาฎศิลป์และ ดนตรีไทย ซึ่งแสดงโดย เด็กนักเรียนที่มาเรียน ในช่วงโครงการพิเศษ นอกจากนั้นก็ยังมีน้องน้อย 2 คน แม็คซี่ กับ แอนนิต้า มาร่วมเติมสีสันให้กับการแสดง ด้วย ซ้อม 2 ครั้งออกแสดงได้

This year, we sent the students to perform Thai music and dances as usual. The event was set during the special project programme so all Songkran Fes- students who were in this project would have the optival @ Wat portunity to perform, our Pa Buddhateachers , Kru Ood, Kru Lek, rangsee, Leumeah has Kru Aae and Kru Nuch done been held for a fantastic job in preparing all of our performers includmany years and the school were very proud ing the 2 little ones, Maks to be involved again this year. and Anita who also joined the show.
Marrickville Children’s Festival @ Marrickville West Public School เมื่อวันที่ 31 มีนาคม 2555 ทาง โรงเรียนภาษาไทยวัดพุทธ รังษีได้มีโอกาสร่วมในงาน Marrickville Children’s Festival เฉก เช่นทุกปี หากจาไม่ผิดน่าจะ เป็นปีที่ 4 ที่ทางโรงเรียนได้มี โอกาสเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมของ ชุมชนนี้ และถือเป็นกิจกรรม อีกกิจกรรมหนึ่งที่น่าภาคภูมิใจ ที่ทางโรงเรียนได้มีโอกาสเข้า ร่วมเพื่อสานความสามัคคีกับ ชุมชนต่าง ๆ ในซิดนีย์ นอกเหนือจากชุมชนไทย
เพราะงานนี้เป็นงานที่รวม หลาย ๆ เชื้อชาติมาร่วมแสดง ศิลปวัฒนธรรม เพื่อเป็นการ เปิดกว้างให้กับเด็ก ๆ ใน ซิดนีย์ได้เรียนรู้ และเข้าใจใน วัฒนธรรมของแต่ละชาติ
ปีนี้ทางโรงเรียนได้จัดส่งการ แสดงดนตรีไทย 1 ชุด และรา ไทย 2 ชุด คุณครู เด็กนักเรียน และผู้ปกครองให้ความร่วมมือ กันอย่างดียิ่ง ถึงแม้งานจะช้า กว่ากาหนดออกไปประมาณ 1 ชั่วโมง แต่เด็ก ๆ ของเราก็อยู่ ในความระเบียบเรียบร้อยดีทุก คน พร้อมทั้งแสดงได้อย่าง สวยงามเต็มที่ ต้องขอชื่นชม มา ณ ที่นี้ด้วย Continue t page 3

Marrickville Children’s Festival @ Marrickville West Public School (continued) On 31 March 2012, BTCL school had a chance to join in the Marrickville Children’s Festival. The school have been part of this community event for 4 years.

Farewell Kru Pim and Welcome Kru Lek and Kru Nguan เนื่องจากครูพิมของเราต้อง ย้ายไปอยู่เมลเบิร์น ทาง โรงเรียนจึงได้มีการอาลา ครูพิม โดยมีของขวัญเล็ก ๆ น้อยไว้ให้เป็นที่ระลึก ทาง คณะกรรมการผู้ปกครอง และ ผู้ปกครอง ก็ขออวยพรให้ ครูพิมประสบความสาเร็จใน ทุก ๆ เรื่องที่ปรารถนา Kru Pim has moved to Melbourne, The committee, parents and children wish her all the best for the future.
หลังจากที่ครูพิมได้ลาออกไป ทางโรงเรียนก็ได้รับครูเล็กมา เป็นครูประจา สอนแทน ครูพิม ยินดีต้อนรับครูเล็กค่ะ Welcome Kru Lek who comes to teach Thai music instead of Kru Pim. และขอต้อนรับครูหงวนที่ ได้เข้ามาสอนแทนครูฝน ซึ่งลาพักไปหนึ่งเทอม ช่วงเทอม 2
Also welcome to Kru Nguan who comes to teach the students in Term 2 because Kru Fon has taken a well earned holiday.
Minister’s Award ขณะนี้ทางโรงเรียนกาลัง คัดเลือกนักเรียนดีเด่น เพื่อที่จะได้รับรางวัลจาก รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงศึกษา โดยทางโรงเรียนจะให้คุณครู เป็นผู้เสนอชื่อเด็กนักเรียนโดย แบ่งเป็นระดับจูเนียร์ และซี เนียร์ ซึ่งทางกระทรวงเปิดรับ สมัครตั้งแต่วันที่ 26 พ.ค.-22 มิ.ย. 2555 The school is now looking for excellent students to participate in the Minister’s award. The class teachers will select students and present a proposal to the committee. They will be divided into 2 categories: junior and senior. Applications for the 2012 Minister’s awards will open on 22 May and close on 22 June.

Special Project 2012 (continued) Special project 8 was a fantastic success. Thanks to Kru Ood, Kru Lek, Kru Nuch and Kru Aae. This year the school was also lucky to have Kru Aae, who is a professional Thai dance teacher. She came and helped the school with her own airfare. The children were also very happy to learn with her because she was so kind.

At the closing ceremony, Khun Kesanee Palanuwongse, Deputy Consul General presented the certificates to all 4 teachers and children. Khun Patsamon Singha-udom, Assistant to the General Manager of Thai Airways International Australia also joined the ceremony and was welcomed by Dr. Songsri Foran.
