Councilman Robert Pulsifer confronts ethics investigation

Brawler by Daniel Schechtman Saratoga TODAY SCHUYLERVILLE – Stevo Poulin is an absolute wrestling powerhouse. Period. Sporting an audacious mohawk and an incredibly single-minded focus, he has demolished 259 of the opponents he’s faced, losing only 26 matches to date. That’s nearly a 10:1 win loss ratio.
