foreword About SARAH SARAH is a self branding for Sarah N Soejono; a communication designer that intended to work in creative industry. The tagline ‘Graphic Arts and Whatnot’ explaining the scope of works that what SARAH is all about. This Graphic Standard Manual contains the specification of logo of self interpretation of Sarah N Soejono. Sarah N Soejono, or usually known as Sarah, is a Graphic Designer who has an interest in quite of many things. Stages and steps already taken to improve the outcome of the logo. In this graphic standard manual, the logo has already finalised and will be ready to be applied as a brand.


the logo The logo for the client, Sarah N Soejono, was inspired by the characteristic of the person which very interested in ribbon. The combination of logo marks and logo type created based on characteristic of the client, thus the outcome depict a combination between bear and the name of the client herself, with touch of femininity looks for the logotype. Always refer to ourselves as the brand ‘SARAH’ in both verbal and written form.


The implementations of SARAH can be divided into two. In colors and in greyscale. Full Colour The standard colour implementation of the logo. Two-tone colour are used with a white filling for the logotype.

Greyscale The standard colour implementation of the logo. Black and Gray colour are used with a white filling for the logotype.

The overall logo contain two elements; logomarks and logotype. It is mandatory to combine, and place the logotype in the exact place infront of the logomarks. Different position or altering the logotype will create different meaning of the overall looks of the logo. The illustration on the right is the estimation on the scale between logomarks and the logotype. The logotype of added explanation of what SARAH is, advised to always be put under the logomark of SARAH. The size and specs of both logomark and logotype are explained and mandatory to followed by user.

This is the logo marks of SARAH. Contain of exploration of typeface, modificated into something that looks like a ribbon-folded and turns into a word that pronounced SARAH.


typeface The typeface used for the logotype is Lato; hairline type. It is mandatory to use this typeface for the logotype. The sentence always have to be put in 1 line. The logotype is only used for the sub-information that put under the logomark. A sentence that written in capital: “Graphic Arts and Whatnot” advised to always be put to explaining and adding information of SARAH.
