MAY 2024: Term 2 Issue 1
With heavy hearts, we share the news that Zane Belista; our much loved Year 2 student, classmate and friend, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, 22nd of May 2024, at just 7 years of age, after a rare response to a short and acute illness.
Zane was the most special and beautiful boy who brought endless joy and love to his family, friends, teachers and all who knew him. He will be extremely missed and forever in our hearts.

Our Year 6 Dog Lover's group is having an amazing time this term with Arlo, our school wellbeing dog, during lunchtime sessions Students are not only teaching Arlo new tricks but also learning about the responsibilities of dog care and how to guide him to follow instructions. This interactive club is a great opportunity for students to bond with Arlo and develop essential skills in animal care. This special club rotates through specific grades throughout the year: Term 1 is for Year 5, Term 2 for Year 6, Term 3 for Year 7, and Term 4 for Year 8. We are thrilled to see the enthusiasm and joy this program brings to our students across all participating grades
There is currently a Year 2 anxiety support group as well as a Year 3 anxiety support group running. Year 4 will be participating in similar groups next term.
