Core Metallic Ind. LLC has a purposely built 140,000 Sq.Ft workshop consisting of two bays. The built up area is 60,000 Sq.Ft which will includes two 5 ton overheads cranes and CNC Machines. The open area consist of 80,000 Sq.Ft which have loading and unloading facility, 10 Ton Gantry Cranes and finished materials storage space..

Our line of activities includes conceptualizing designing & drawing material fabrication and execution and testing & commissioning for the following works.

QHSE Policy CORE METALLIC IND. L.L.C shall commit and ensure the Quality, Health and Safety of its employees, customers, visitors and the community at large and protect the physical environment in which the company activities are carried out.

The Management and Staff of CORE METALLIC IND. L.L.C shall • Implement a quality management system conforming to ISO 9001:2015.

• Take action to achieve the targets and continually improve the system.

• Ensuring that our services meet the needs and expectations of our customers.

• Ensuring the safety and welfare of our staff and the protection of our assets.

• Ensuring the prevention of any impact on the environment resulting from our actions.

We have 80,000 ft2 of fully developed manual blasting & painting facilities with loading, unloading and transportation facility, at a competitive price providing delivery on time without compromising on quality. We also have mobile crews that are equipped to carry out services at your yard or workplace.

All our work is completed to international standards under the guidance and supervision of NACE certified personnel. Even the best paint or protective coating offers no protection against corrosion, once rust has started eating the metal inside. In this respect, a proper surface preparation is just as important as the surface treatment. By applying the surface cleaning method grit blasting it is possible to remove rust spots, scale, remainders of oxide or paint films and other deposits. Using the process adopted by us, clean to metal surface can be obtained, providing a perfect base for subsequent treatment.

EDM machine (Electrical Discharge Machine) EDM is a process of metal removal based on the principle of erosion of metals by an interrupted electric spark discharge between the electrode tool (usually cathode) and the work (anode). This method is primarily used for hard metals or those that would be difficult to machine with traditional techniques. This process is most widely used by the mould making,tool and die industries.

Electrical discharge Machine can be used to machine conductive material of any hardness (for example steel or titanium) to an accuracy of upto one thousand of a millimeter with no mechanical action.

The EDM process is commonly used in tool and die industry for mould making, however in recent years EDM has become an integral part for making prototype and production parts .This is seen in aerospace and electronics industries where production quantities remain low.

Wire Cutting Wire cut EDM machines use a metallic wire (electrode) to cut a programmed contour in a workpiece. Extrusion dies and blanking punches are very often machined by wire cutting. In the machining area, each discharge creates a crater in the workpiece (material removal) and an impact on the tool (wear of the tool/electrode). The wire can be inclined, thus making it possible to make parts with taper or with different profiles at the top and bottom. The wire is usually made of brass or stratified copper, and is between 0.02 and 0.33 mm diameter.

Wire cut EDM satisfies the demand for high speed machining with respect of surface integrity. It complies with the requirement of complex & large work pieces in die manufacturing,aerospace,medical and other part productions.

Wire Cut Machines are capable to achieve submicro position for producing parts of exreme accuracy and nanolevel surface finish down to RA 0.04

CNC Lathe

Performing tasks like cutting, shaping, drilling, knurling, deforming, bending or other applications on metals is really difficult and very time consuming. But with the modern computer controlled machineries these tasks have become so easy and quicker to perform that today metal parts are being manufactured at much faster rate with less labor and production costs at industries. Speed of these machines is just incredible. It is possible to perform operations in few steps as compared to the traditional machineries and therefore faster production is enabled.

CNC Milling CNC milling is a specific form of computer numerical controlled (CNC) machining. Milling itself is a machining process similar to both drilling and cutting, and able to achieve many of the operations performed by cutting and drilling machines. Like drilling, milling uses a rotating cylindrical cutting tool. However, the cutter in a milling machine is able to move along multiple axes, and can create a variety of shapes, slots and holes.

Milling has several advantages over other manufacturing processes. It is cost effective for short runs.

Complex shapes and high dimensional tolerances are possible. Smooth finishes can be achieved. CNC milling can produce almost any 2D or 3D shape provided that the rotating cutting tools can reach the material to be removed. Examples of parts include engine components, mold tooling, complex mechanisms, enclosures, etc.
