Mother and daughter team Casey Means and Jan Petersen made their dream a reality when they opened Lovely Girl Mobile Boutique in April 2014. While watching the news one evening, Casey saw the idea of mobile businesses back east, and thought a fashion truck would be a great addition to the Lodi area.
