It’s the trendiest leafy green to hit the market, so it’s safe to say we can skip the intro. However, while most people know that kale is a superfood, they don’t really know what makes it any different than any other leafy green at the grocery store. Kale one of the most nutrient dense foods on the planet (spinach can’t even say that!)
