possibile vivere in armonia con il paesaggio, eliminando o almeno riducendo gli effetti negativi dell’antropizzazione sull’ambiente? È la risposta che tenta di dare il Green Design, attraverso una progettazione degli spazi esterni, urbani e privati, attenta alle tematiche ambientali. Perché attraverso l’utilizzo di risorse, materiali e processi produttivi ecosostenibili e rinnovabili si ottiene un minor impatto nell’ambiente naturale. Ne abbiamo parlato con Francesca Neonato, agronoma e paesaggista A.I.A.P.P-Associazione Italiana di Architettura del Paesaggio: “Il paesaggio è il risultato dell’interazione tra uomo e risorse. Da sempre il concetto stesso di ‘identità’ è fortemente connesso tanto al luogo quanto alla comunità che lo abita, lo ha forgiato, lo sostiene, lo difende e lo ama. Mettere in relazione l’esperienza del paesaggio con la qualità dello stesso è il compito di ogni politica ambientale”. Dal 2000 la Convenzione Europea del Paesaggio definisce le politiche, gli obiettivi, la salvaguardia del territorio. La Convenzione prevede la salvaguardia di tutti i paesaggi, indipendentemente da prestabiliti canoni di bellezza o originalità. “In base a questi principi – spiega Neonato –, il paesaggio diventa un valore da proteggere, attraverso l’espressione di un rapporto equilibrato nell’uso delle risorse. In questo discorso non si può prescindere, quindi, dalla scelta anche di un turismo sostenibile, equilibrio tra ambiente e persone, ed educazione a questo rapporto”. Orientare e gestire il flusso turistico attraverso un patto di rete tra i vari comuni del lago, mettendo in atto politiche ambientali e turistiche condivise che abbiano come obiettivo la scelta di modelli sostenibili diventa quindi una priorità non più rimandabile.

Is it possible to experience the city in harmony with its landscape, eliminating or at least reducing the negative effects of anthropization on the environment? Green Design tries to answer this question, planning outer, urban and private spaces taking into consideration environmental topics. Using sustainable and renewable materials and production processes, there is going to have a less impact on the natural environment. This also means that we have to choose sustainable tourism. Guiding and managing the flow of tourism through an agreement among the towns of the Lake turns into a priority and cannot be postponed. Carrying out shared environmental and touristic policies with sustainable models is necessary and urgent as well.

Ist es möglich, die Stadt im Einklang mit der Landschaft zu erleben, indem die industrielle Produktion und die Anpassung an menschliche Bedürfnisse auf die Umwelt keine oder zumindest wenige Wirkungen haben? Green Design versucht, durch eine nachhaltige Planung der internen, städtischen und privaten Räume diese Frage zu beantworten. Durch die Verwendung von ökologischen und erneuerbaren Ressourcen, Materialien und produktiven Prozessen ist die Wirkung auf die Umwelt geringer. Man muss sich also auch für einen nachhaltigen Tourismus entscheiden. Den Tourismus durch ein Abkommen unter der verschiedenen Gemeinde des Gardagebiets zu verwalten, wird also zu einer Priorität und kann nicht mehr verschoben werden.

Il lago di Garda è un paesaggio unico, permette di incontrare identità ambientali, culturali e storiche diverse, seppur vicine. L’architetto e paesaggista Maurizio Ori, dello studio O+A e membro di A.I.A.P.P, con piacere ha accettato di conversare riguardo al patrimonio naturale del Garda, realtà a lui molto nota e nella quale è attivo da tempo. Parlando del Garda, quale può essere l’elemento identitario di un paesaggio così complesso e diverso? “Il lago è uno dei più ampi patrimoni idrici di tutt’Italia, occuparsi del bacino del Garda significa occuparsi soprattutto dell’acqua e non solo in termini paesaggistici, visivi ma in termini di ciclo energetico”. Possiamo quindi affermare che l’acqua sia comune denominatore. “Sì, l’acqua porta con sé tutti gli aspetti ecologici, ambientali ed è la cartina tornasole della salute del Garda. Possiamo

inoltre dire che sia veicolo di relazione paesaggistica con la montagna perché proprio da qui ha origine il patrimonio idrico del lago. Inoltre, affrontando il tema dell’acqua si affronta anche il tema dei tre orizzonti: il primo, il più basso, interessa la balneazione, poi si incontra la mezza costa e infine si raggiungono le montagne. Ognuno di questi orizzonti non delinea solo ambienti antropici e naturali diversi, ma risorse culturali completamente differenti ed è importante riuscire a metterle in rete. Il paesaggio non è quindi solo ‘qualcosa da vedere, da ammirare’ ma è il risultato della relazione che l’uomo instaura con l’ambiente. Ne consegue l’importanza di garantire armonia tra conservazione e sviluppo”. La convivenza è possibile? “Tra un sì e un no, c’è un come. La convivenza è possibile purché la modalità di interazione rispetti le risorse”.

Die Landschaft vom Gardasee ist einzigartig. Durch sie hat man die Möglichkeit, mit unterschiedlichen kulturellen und historischen Aspekten in Kontakt zu kommen, die aber nah zueinander sind. Der Architekt und Landschaftsmaler Maurizio Ori hat sich darüber gefreut, mit uns über den Naturerbe des Gardagebiets zu reden, den er gut kennt und mit dem er sich schon lange beschäftigt. “Außerdem beschäftigt man sich auch mit dem Thema der drei Horizonte, wenn es um das Thema Wasser geht. Der erste und niedrigere Horizont ist der Badebetrieb; dann begegnet man die halbe Höhe und zum Schluss erreicht man die Berge. Jeder Horizont umreißt nicht nur unterschiedliche kulturelle und anthropogene Umwelten, sondern auch ganz unterschiedliche kulturelle Ressourcen, die man dann miteinander verbinden sollte”.

The architect and landscape architect Maurizio Ori has accepted to talk with us about the natural heritage of the Garda territory, which he knows very well and in which he has been working for a long time. “Coping with the topic of water, you deal with the topic of the three horizons as well: the first, the lower one, concerns bathing, then you find the hillside, and at the end, you reach the mountains. Each horizon roughs out not only different anthropic and natural environments, but completely different cultural resources as well, and it is important to connect them among each other”.

Cinema e luoghi dell’anima

lisa Possenti, giovane regista emergente dal grande talento e dagli affermati successi internazionali, regala un breve focus su set cinematografico, Lago di Garda e Dolomiti. Cosa spinge la scelta di un set? Il luogo deve essere specchio dell’interiorità del personaggio nel preciso momento della narrazione. Lago di Garda e Dolomiti, luoghi ideali per il cinema? Negli anni ’70 il Lago di Garda fu importante centro di produzione cinematografica grazie alla Bertolazzi Film e qualche anno fa, ho girato un progetto per un contest americano, nella location mozzafiato di Gardone Riviera. La stessa importanza cinematografica spetta alle Dolomiti dove è possibile ripercorrere la maggior parte dei luoghi utilizzati dalle produzioni di tutto il mondo, attraverso un percorso cineturistico.

“Non voglio dimostrare niente, voglio mostrare” Federico Fellini, regista

CIAK EMERGENTI Elisa Possenti, classe 1998. La sua infanzia è segnata da trasferimenti frequenti dovuti agli impegni lavorativi dei genitori ed Elisa acquisisce così una ricca esperienza culturale che sente il bisogno di trasmettere. Appassionata di cinema, si avvicina alla settima arte che palesa la naturale inclinazione per la macchina da presa. Nel 2017 il suo primo cortometraggio “Axioma” ottiene 30 riconoscimenti nei festival cinematografici internazionali. Attualmente è impegnata a dirigere il secondo cortometraggio, “Zagara”, del quale vi sveliamo solo l’ambientazione: Sicilia sud-orientale. fElisa Possenti, 1998. Von der Filmindustrie begeistert, nährt sie sich der siebten Kunst an. 2017 dreht sie ihren ersten Kurzfilm “Axioma”, mit internationalen Anerkennungen. Zurzeit dreht sie ihren zweiten Kurzfilm “Zagara”, der in Südosten Sizilien spielt. n Elisa Possenti, 1998. Film enthusiast, she starts to get in touch with the seventh art. What is important in the process of choosing the location of a film? The location has to reproduce the inner reality of the character.

The Lake Garda and the Dolomites: are they perfect locations for the cinema? In the 70s, the Lake Garda was an important centre for the cinema industry, with the Bertolazzi Film. The Dolomites were a famous location as well: a touristic path recalls the locations of several films.

Was spielt bei der Auswahl eines Drehorts eine Rolle? Der Ort muss das Innere der Figuren wieder spiegeln. Gardasee und Dolomiten: Sind sie passende Orte für die Filmindustrie? In den 70er Jahren war der Gardasee durch das Unternehmen Bertolazzi Film ein wichtiger Ort für die Filmproduktion. Die Dolomiten sind auch in der Filmindustrie bekannt; hier gibt es auch einen Weg über die Filmindustrie und den Tourismus, der die Orte der Filmproduktion wieder durchgeht.

n percorso ciclabile che si snoda per circa 140 km attorno al Lago di Garda e coinvolge Trentino Alto Adige, Veneto e Lombardia, territori cornice dell’identità e del patrimonio naturalistico del Garda, a tratti a picco sul lago più grande d’Italia, per passare tra i profumi inebrianti delle limonaie e degli uliveti, ma garantendo sempre una vista spettacolare. L’opera segnerà l’incremento del cicloturismo, modalità sostenibile che già a livello europeo determina un importante indotto; infatti la rete cicloturistica Eurovelo è prossima a raggiungere i 70.000 km di collegamenti e si stima che, entro

il 2025, in Italia saranno realizzati 6.000 km di ciclovie. La ciclabilità si rivela efficace via per il possibile sviluppo del territorio e, rivolgendosi sia al cicloturista che al turista ciclista, richiede quindi la realizzazione di infrastrutture e servizi, determinando così il coinvolgimento dei diversi comparti economici. Inoltre, un maggior utilizzo delle due ruote aiuta il benessere psico-fisico e ha importanti ricadute di tipo sociale permettendo, tra coloro che scelgono la bicicletta, interazione e condivisione. Non dimentichiamo poi la conseguente riduzione degli affollamenti stradali, dei tempi di mobilità e la totale assenza di inquinamento.

Il tema della mobilità sostenibile, è stato affrontato anche dal libro bianco Trasporti Eurispes 2011 che entro il 2013 si poneva l’obiettivo di dimezzare, nel trasporto urbano, l’uso dei veicoli a carburante tradizionale, mirando alla creazione, nelle principali città, di un sistema di logistica che entro il 2030, porterà il valore di emissione di CO2 al valore 0. Dalla creazione di aree e percorsi finalizzati all’uso della bicicletta, anche per gli spostamenti quotidiani, ne conseguono quindi importanti benefici quali sicurezza, salute, economia e rispetto per l’ambiente.

Gardaâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s cycle path: opportunities for everybody An almost 140 km long cycle path around the Lake Garda, which includes the regions Trentino-Alto Adige, Veneto and Lombardy. These territories represent the identity and the nature of the Garda. Part of the path overlooks the biggest Italian lake, and cycling along it you can smell the inebriating smells of the lemon houses and of the olive groves, always enjoying an amazing view. Thanks to this path, the number of cycle tourists is going to increase. This kind of tourism is already important for the economy throughout Europe. This leads

to the development of the territory: for this reason, infrastructures and services need to be planned, involving the different economic sectors. The topic regarding sustainable mobility is discussed in the Whitepaper Transports Eurispes 2011 as well. Its goal is creating a logistic system in the most important cities in order to have no CO2-emissions by 2030. Through areas and paths that enable people to use their bikes even for daily transfers, there are many important benefits: safety, health, saving and respect for the environment.

Gardas Radweg: Möglichkeiten für alle Ein ungefähr 140 km langer Radweg um den Gardasee, der die Regionen Trentino-Südtirol, Venetien und die Lombardei miteinbezieht. Diese Gebiete stellen die Identität und die natürliche Umwelt des Gardagebiets dar. A vele spiegate senza barriere

na barca a vela completamente accessibile con la quale veleggiare sulle acque del lago di Garda. È possibile grazie alla cooperativa Arché di Trento, che dal 2005 sviluppa il rapporto tra la vela, l’acqua e le persone con disabilità motoria e cognitiva, minori, anziani. Il lago di Garda permette di scoprire scorci e punti di vista inaspettati, facendosi cullare dalle onde e dal vento: nessuna tappa è troppo lontana e le emozioni della navigazione e il senso di libertà sono impagabili. Il cabinato, con i suoi 12 metri in acciaio e un albero di 16 metri e 10 tonnellate di stazza è tra le imbarcazioni più sicure sul lago. È stata pensata fin dalla sua costruzione per essere completamente accessibile, dal momento in cui si raggiunge il pontile galleggiante a quando vi si sale a bordo. La barca si trova ormeggiata a Porto S. Nicolò a Riva del Garda, lungo il molo centrale e vi si accede direttamente grazie ad un’apposita pedana omologata. Può ospitare fino a otto persone contemporaneamente oltre alle due persone fisse di equipaggio ed è stata progettata per essere accessibile anche a persone con diverse tipologie e gradi di disabilità motoria o cognitiva. A bordo sono presenti sempre due skipper che attraverso la loro esperienza e passione garantiscono comfort e sicurezza durante tutta la navigazione, pronti a cogliere le esigenze degli ospiti e a coinvolgerli nell’esecuzione delle manovre a bordo, vivendo insieme emozioni indimenticabili in uno dei luoghi più belli al mondo.

Seit 2005 entwickelt sie die Beziehung zwischen Segel, Wasser und Personen mit geistiger bzw. physischer Behinderung, Jugendlichen und Alten. Das aus Stahl und 12 Meter lange Kajütboot, Arché, verfügt über einen 16 Meter hohen Baum, es wiegt 10 Tonnen und ist somit ein der sichersten Schiffe auf dem See. Das Boot ist in Porto S. Nicoló, Riva del Garda, verankert. Bis zu 8 Personen haben auf dem Boot Platz, zu den zwei Mitgliedern der Besatzung. Es ist für Leute mit geistiger oder physischer Behinderung unterschiedlicher Art zugänglich.

Il Garda è ormai tappa fissa nella preparazione olimpica dei più forti velisti al mondo: Russell Coutts, Paul Cayard, Dean Barker, James Spithill, Robert Scheidt, Torben Grael, Fredrik Lööf, Ben Ainslie, Iain Percy, Xavier Rohart sono solo alcuni dei nomi celebri che hanno regatato e qui si sono allenati. Nelle acque del lago sono nate molte medaglie olimpiche e vittorie ai campionati del mondo.

68a CENTOMIGLIA DEL GARDA Una delle manifestazioni velistiche più celebri del Garda e una delle più conosciute in tutta Europa, è senza dubbio la regata di acqua dolce Centomiglia (8-9 settembre 2018). Sin dalla sua prima edizione, nel 1951, si svolge sempre la seconda domenica di settembre, per iniziativa del Circolo Vela di Gargnano e, ormai da mezzo secolo, i migliori equipaggi europei si riuniscono e si sfidano sulle acque del lago di Garda. Moltissime le imbarcazioni che partecipano alla regata, negli anni scorsi si sono superati perfino i 350 equipaggi in rappresentanza di circa venti nazioni. Centomiglia richiama anche nomi di fama internazionale come Giovanni Soldini. f Eine der am Gardasee berühmtesten und in Europa bekanntesten Segelveranstaltungen ist natürlich die Regatta Centomiglia (8. und 9. September 2018). 1951 durch die Initiative des Segelclubs Gargnano gegründet, sie ist ein Fixtermin für die besten europäischen Crews, die sich alle zusammen am Gardasee treffen. “Tugendhaftes und qualitatives Beispiel für eine kulturelle Planung des Gebiets”. Aus diesem Grund wurde die Stadt Parma einstimmig zur italienischen Kulturhauptstadt 2020 gewählt. Ihr Dossier enthielt 32 Projekte, die in Produktionen, Baustellen, Ausstellungen und Schauen geteilt wurden. Dadurch wurde Parma als Kulturhauptstadt gewählt. Diese Projekte wurden mit Institutionen, Behörden und mit europäischen und italienischen Staatsgewalten von Parma und vom Gebiet um die Stadt herum geplant. Seit dieser Kandidatur gibt es zwischen öffentlichem und privatem Bereich eine tugendhafte stabile Synergie.

Its dossiers contained 32 projects, divided into productions, sites, expositions and shows, through which Parma has become this award. È la stessa rocca che l’artista Albrecht Dürer, alta espressione della pittura rinascimentale tedesca, ritrae in occasione del suo primo viaggio in Italia. Con sapiente mano Dürer combina e interpreta i diversi elementi topografici del luogo, creando una delle Sue prime vedute di paesaggio: La Veduta di Arco, 1496. A Milano, dal 21 febbraio al 24 giugno, Palazzo Reale ospita la mostra “Dürer e il Rinascimento tra Germania e Italia”, esposizione dedicata alla produzione dell’artista tedesco.

Nördlich vom Gardasee ragt ein majestätischer und einsamer Berg heraus und profiliert die Schönheit der Landschaft. Diesen Berg bildet der Künstler Albrecht Dürer, berühmter Maler der deutschen Renaissance, bei seiner ersten Italienreise ab. Dürer verbindet und deutet ganz gut die unterschiedlichen topographischen Elemente des Gebiets und malt somit eine seiner ersten Ansichten der Landschaft: La Veduta di Arco, 1496. In Mailand, Palazzo Reale, gibt es vom 21.02 bis zu 24.06 die Ausstellung “Dürer und die Renaissance zwischen Deutschland und Italien”, über das Schaffen des deutschen Künstlers.

A cliff rises in the Northern part of the Lake Garda and outlines the beauty of the landscape. Albrecht Dürer, famous German painter of the Renaissance, painted this same cliff as he first travelled to Italy. He combines and interprets the different topological elements of the place in a perfect manner, painting one of his first views of the landscape: La Veduta di Arco, 1496. In Milan, Palazzo Reale, from the 21th of February to the 24th of June, there is the exhibition “Dürer and the Renaissance between Germany and Italy”, dedicated to the output of this German artist.

Unser Ausflug in Mailand endet im Atelier von Mikky Egger. Sie drückt seine Emotionen aus, indem sie Silber, Gold und Steine modelliert. Zwischen ihren Händen werden dank Begabung und Kreativität echte Kunstwerke geschaffen. Man kann sie tragen, und sie möchten eine Ressource für den Wohlstand sein. ra le meraviglie che il Lago di Garda racchiude nel suo scrigno, Sirmione brilla di autentica e singolare bellezza. Località dall’inebriante atmosfera di storia, benessere, natura, accoglie con tutta la sua carica espressiva chi si appresta a farle visita. Adagiata sulla sponda lombarda del Lago di Garda, Sirmione si adorna del titolo di ‘Perla del Garda’ grazie al fascino del paesaggio che la circonda e all’armonia tra case, strade e piazze, eredi dell’incanto dei secoli passati. Un’eredità che trapela nell’attraversare il ponte, tratto distintivo della città e unica via d’accesso al centro storico, sito all’estremità settentrionale di una lunga e stretta penisola. Chi si reca a Sirmione deve ammirare innanzitutto il meraviglioso Castello Scaligero, opera costruita tra il XIII e XIV secolo e che anticamente ricopriva il ruolo di roccaforte a guardia dell’unico punto d’accesso meridionale della città, per proseguire poi nell’incantevole domus romana della Grotta di Catullo, la cui realizzazione risale al I secolo a. C. e al I secolo d.C. Attrattive naturalistiche e testimonianze storico-archeologiche non sono tuttavia i soli tratti distintivi di Sirmione e la città è infatti accompagnata anche dalla fama di essere importante destinazione termale e meta turistica attraente e ambita. Le benefiche acque termali della città nascono alle pendici del Monte Baldo, (a

oltre 800 metri di altitudine), scendono fino a 2.500 metri sotto il livello del mare, arricchendosi di preziosi minerali, per poi riversarsi nella sorgente Boiola, nota sin dal Rinascimento, ed essere infine – grazie a un sistema di tubature – incanalate dando origine alle terme Catullo e Virgilio. Sirmione racchiude poi angoli di natura incontaminata, antiche botteghe, artigianato locale, alta produzione enogastronomica, spiagge dall’acqua cristallina, arricchite da diversi eventi culturali. Imperdibile è il suggestivo appuntamento con “Quando le stelle vanno a dormire”: il 1 e il 14 agosto, dalle 5 alle 7 del mattino, in riva al lago e nell’atmosfera incantata alla Spiaggia delle Muse, due concerti accompagnano l’arrivo dell’alba, in un magico passaggio dalla notte al giorno.

Sirmione is also known for its thermal baths and tourists of every age come to visit it. The origin of this thermal water is on the foot of Monte Baldo (over 800 meters above the sea level); this water flows until 2.500 meters under the sea level and gets in this way many minerals. Boiola, which is known since the Reinassance. At the end, thanks to a piping system, the thermal baths Catullo and Virgilio are originated thanks to the piping system of this water. Sirmione has corners with pure nature, ancient shops, local handcraft, high quality food and wine production, beaches with clear water. Several cultural events take place in this city. You cannot miss the suggestive event “When stars go to sleep”. On April the 1st and April the 14th, from 5 am to 7 am, along the bank of the Lake and in the fascinating atmosphere of the Muses Beach, you can look at the sunrise listening to two different concerts.

’armonia tra l’antico sapere tramandato nel corso delle generazioni e le evoluzioni tecnologiche si incontrano appena fuori Brescia, lungo la Strada del Franciacorta. Un percorso di 80 km che parte dalla città d’arte, si snoda su colline tappezzate da vigneti, punteggiate da caratteristici borghi, castelli e antiche ville, e giunge sulle sponde del lago d’Iseo. Nata nel 2000, è stata fra le prime Strade del Vino in Italia ed è fra le più attive e conosciute, oggi comprende i territori di 19 comuni e gli attuali confini della Franciacorta ricalcano quelli dell’organizzazione del contado in età viscontea. Il nome stesso ci riporta alla sua lontana storia legata alle Corti Franche

e a quando, dopo l’arrivo dei monaci cluniacensi, il territorio beneficiò di libero scambio nel commercio (curtes francae). La sua recente storia è legata invece allo straordinario vino Franciacorta, ottenuto dai vigneti distribuiti sulle colline ed espressione di un territorio vocato alla viticoltura da tempo immemorabile. otografare è un po’ come scrivere con la luce, e lo scatto coglie per sempre l’attimo. Fotografare è un racconto senza parole, cambia solo lo strumento e la penna lascia il posto all’obbiettivo. L’arte della composizione fotografica si avvicina molto anche a quella pittorica: scattare una bella immagine è come vivere l’attimo che precede la creazione di un bel quadro, quando si cerca di comprendere dove andranno a posarsi poi gli occhi di chi lo guarderà, cosa percepirà d’istinto e come rievocherà l’emozione. Questa fitta trama di sensazioni la si vive cogliendo con uno scatto fotografico la bellezza artistica di Brescia. In compagnia delle guide di Bresciastory, iniziamo un viaggio nell’incanto lagunare delle Torbiere del Sebino, per poi tornare in città ad ammirare la basilica romana, il foro e il tempio capitolino, a due passi dal complesso di Santa Giulia, patrimonio dell’UNESCO. L’itinerario prosegue poi nel centro storico, raggiungendo lo studio di Luciano Pea. Lo spazio è raccolto, ma molto suggestivo con un cortiletto interno e una vasca-fontana antica, costruita con marmi provenienti dal tempio capitolino o dalla basilica. L’atelier è attrezzato, oltre che per il disegno e la pittura, anche per la stampa calcografica e xilografica, due antiche tecniche rinascimentali. L’artista ci conduce così nella creazione di stampe, dipinti e piccoli libri creativi che danno inizio a un nuovo viaggio nell’arte.

Wie mit dem Licht zu schreiben: so ähnlich ist Fotografieren. Der Schnappschuss fixiert für immer den Moment. Das passiert, wenn man die Kunstschönheit von Brescia in einem Bild fotografiert. Mit den Reiseleitern von Bresciastory fangen wir eine Reise in den Lagunenzauber vom Naturschutzgebiet Torbiere del Sebino. Danach kehrt man in die Stadt zurück, um die römische Basilika, das Forum und den römischen Tempel zu besichtigen, in der unmittelbaren Nähe vom Gebäude Santa Giulia, UNESCO Welterbe. Der Besuch geht weiter bis zum Atelier von Luciano Pea. Das kleine aber sehr suggestive Atelier ist für den Tiefdruck und für den Holzschnitt, zwei alte Techniken der Renaissance, ausgestattet. Der Künstler begleitet den Besucher und zeigt ihm, wie man Druckwerke, Zeichnungen und kleine Bücher kreiert.

Taking a picture is like writing with the light: the shot fixes the moment forever. This happens exactly when you take the picture of the artistic beauty of Brescia. With tourist guides of Bresciastory, we start our trip in the amazing lagoon charm of the natural reserve Torbiere del Sebino. Afterwards, we go back to the city to visit the Roman basilica, the forum and the Roman temple, close to the complex Santa Giulia, UNESCO heritage site. The visit continues until we reach the studio of Luciano Pea. It is small, but very suggestive and it is equipped for the intaglio printing and for the printing of xylography, two ancient techniques used during the Renaissance. The artist teaches the visitor how to create prints, drawings and short books.

on solo l’Arena, non solo Castelvecchio, non solo Giulietta. C’è un’altra Verona da scoprire ed è quella che Napoleone battezzò polemicamente “Veronetta”. E proprio questa “Verona di poca importanza” cela tesori e segreti che vi invitiamo a scoprire. Da un ponte “vecchio” a uno “nuovo”, sull’onda della storia cittadina, mostriamo un percorso diverso dal solito. Partiamo da Ponte Pietra, il “Pons Lapideus”, una delle prime testimonianze della presenza romana a Verona. Da qui, ammiriamo il Monte Gallo o Colle di S.Pietro che, abitato fin dalla preistoria e interamente adibito a zona teatrale dai romani in età augustea, è ancora oggi utilizzato per eventi spettacolari. Il Colle è raggiungibile comodamente anche grazie alla funicolare - da poco riaperta - pregustando la vista sulla città: stretta nell’abbraccio sinuoso dell’Adige, dei verdi colli e dai colori rosso, rosa, ocra e verde. Con un solo colpo d’occhio potrete cogliere la bimillenaria scacchiera: re è il Teatro, regina l’Arena, alfieri i campanili delle chiese, cavalli i ponti, pedoni le antiche case. Scendiamo ora fino a Villa Francescatti, impreziosita dal bellissimo e storico parco, con la vicina chiesa di S. Giovanni in Valle, splendido esempio di architettura romanica veronese. Giunti a Giardino Giusti, vi aspetta un’esperienza sensoriale e spirituale indimenticabile, che non ha lasciato indifferenti nemmeno Goethe, Chateaubriand e altri personaggi illustri: alberi centenari, epigrafi antiche, simbolismi rinascimentali del giardino all’italiana consentono un tuffo nell’estetica cinquecentesca. Poco lontano, la chiesa di S. Maria in Organo. Le tarsie lignee del coro e della sacrestia, definita da Vasari “la più bella d’Italia”, sono uno dei motivi d’orgoglio della città. Concludiamo il nostro viaggio in un altro angolo inedito di Veronetta con S.Tomaso Cantuariense, dove lo spirito del giovane Mozart aleggia ancora attorno al celebre organo firmato da lui stesso, e il Ponte Nuovo del Popolo che unisce Veronetta a Verona. Da qui, osserviamo così lo scorrere dell’acqua, clessidra del nostro tempo.

Nicht nur Arena, nicht nur Castelvecchio, nicht nur Julia. Eine andere Verona muss entdeckt werden: Die Seite von Verona, die Napoleon “Veronetta” (die kleine Verona) nannte, um polemisch zu sein. Von einer “alten” bis zu einer “neuen” Brücke wollen wir einen ungewöhnlichen Weg zeigen, indem wir die Geschichte der Stadt entdecken. Wir fangen bei Ponte Pietra an, die “Pons Lapideus”. Diese Brücke ist ein der ersten Beweise dafür, dass die Römer in Verona waren. Wir bewundern Monte Gallo oder Colle di S.Pietro: das ist auch einfach mit einer vor kurzem wieder geöffneten Seilbahn erreichbar.

Daraus hat man schon eine Vorschau der Aussicht auf die Stadt. Wir erreichen dann Villa Francescatti, und in der Nähe die Kirche S. Giovanni in Valle, ein Beispiel der romanischen Architektur in Verona. Wir kommen zum Giardino Giusti, in dem wir hundertjährige Bäume, alte Epigrafe, die Symbolik der Renaissance vom italienischen Garten finden und dadurch die Ästhetik des 16. Jahrhundert beobachten können. Nicht weit weg finden wir die Kirche S. Maria in Organo und zum Schluss S.Tomaso Cantuariense und Ponte Nuovo del Popolo. Diese Brücke verbindet “Veronetta” und Verona.

Not only the Arena, not only Castelvecchio, not only Juliet. There is another side of Verona that you should discover. Napoleon used to polemically call it “Veronetta”. From an “old” to a “new” bridge, we show an unusual path, discovering the history of the city. We start from Ponte Pietra, one of the first proofs of the Roman presence in Verona, and we admire the Monte Gallo or Colle S. Pietro. It is easily reachable by a cableway that has been recently reopened. From here, you can already enjoy a preview of the panorama of the city. Afterwards, we reach Villa Francescatti, and the church S. Giovanni in Valle, an example of Romanesque architecture in Verona. Then we get to the Giardino Giusti, with its atmosphere of the 16th century thanks to centennial trees, ancient epigraphs and symbolism of the Renaissance regarding the Italian garden. Not so far way, we find the church S. Maria in Organo and, at the end, S. Tomaso Cantuariense and the Ponte Nuovo del Popolo. This bridge connects “Veronetta” and Verona.

Fish&Chef Geschichten über Küchenchefs, Geschichten über den Gardasee Durch seine önogastronomischen Produkte und seine natürlichen Schönheiten das Gebiet des Gardasees zu beschreiben, indem man Küche und Kultur verbindet. Das ist das Ziel von Fish&Chef, dem Workshop über “naschhafte” Ideen im Gardagebiet, der dieses Jahr vom 22.04 bis zum 27.04 zum 9. Mal stattfindet. Planer und Veranstalter dieses Events sind Elvira Trimeloni, Inhaberin des Hotels Meridiana in Malcesine, und Leandro Luppi, Küchenchef mit Sternen Michelin und Inhaber des Restaurants Vecchia Malcesine. Zwei Freunde, zwei Kollegen, für die der Empfang kein Beruf ist, sondern eine Kunst. Sie haben mit ihrem Projekt im kleinen Dorf Malcesine angefangen, aber jetzt haben sie sich im ganzen Gardagebiet verbreitet. Sechs Gourmetabende, bei denen sich die Küchenchefs vom Benacosee (dem alten Namen vom Gardasee) mit berühmten Küchenchefs aus Italien, aber nicht nur aus Italien, treffen. Sie sind alle mutig, visionär und sie interpretieren eine ausgezeichnete und innovative zeitgenössische Küche. Fish&Chef heißt nicht nur “Essen und Trinken”, diese Bezeichnung wäre zu oberflächlich. Das Ziel ist, die Produkte und die Orte dank des Beitrags von Küchenchefs und Gästen besser kennenzulernen.

Fish&Chef, Histories of Chefs, Histories of the Lake Describing the territory of the Lake Garda though its wines and food and its natural beauties, combining culture and cuisine. This is the goal of Fish&Chef, workshop on gluttonous ideas that is going to take place this year for the 9th time, from April 22nd to April 27th. Elvira Trimeloni, owner of the Hotel Meridiana in Malcesine, and Leandro Luppi, chef with Michelin stars and founder of the restaurant Vecchia Malcesine, are the pioneers and the organizers of this event. Two friends, two colleagues: for them, giving welcome is not a job, but a form of art. The event has been held for the 1st time in the small village of Malcesine: now, it is held throughout the territory of the Lake Garda. Six gourmet meetings with the chefs of the Benaco, the ancient name of the Lake Garda, and chefs from Italy, and not only. They are brave, dreamers and the interpreters of an excellent and innovative contemporary cuisine. Fish&Chef is not only “eating and drinking”: this definition would be restrictive. Its goal is improving the knowledge of the products and the places thanks to the contribution of the chefs and the guests.

I PREZIOSI FIORI DEL GARDA

Una lunga strada d’oro collega l’Oriente al lago di Garda: è la via dello zafferano. Coltivato nell’antichità tra il Tigri e l’Eufrate, oggi la preziosa spezia ha trovato nel basso Garda un luogo ideale dove crescere e svilupparsi, grazie al clima dolce e al terreno ricco delle colline moreniche. Estrema cura è rivolta alla raccolta dei fiori, eseguita manualmente prima dell’arrivo del sole; la separazione degli stimmi avviene delicatamente, prestando attenzione alla pregiata parte rossa del filamento; infine, la tostatura sulle braci di legna nobile deve avvenire alla giusta distanza. Sono passaggi che richiedono una particolare cura perché solo così lo zafferano può esprimere tutte le sue proprietà benefiche e gastronomiche. Nella zona di Pozzolengo (Bs), dall’Azienda Agricola Al Muràs, viene coltivato lo Zafferano purissimo di Pozzolengo, molto pregiato grazie alla presenza di un terreno ricco di minerali. Dal 2001 la coltivazione segue il metodo biologico e da un’estensione di 2,5 ettari si ottengono circa 4 kg all’anno di prodotto. L’azienda vende zafferano in purezza a privati, ai ristoranti della zona, oltre che produrre con la preziosa spezia confetture, miele biologico, olio extravergine e prodotti da forno.

Eine lange goldene Straße verbindet den Orient und den Gardasee: Das ist die Safranstraße. Heute hat der Safran im südlichen Teil des Gardagebiets einen guten Ort Gebiet gefunden, in dem er wachsen und sich entwickeln kann. Flowers’ harvest, the separation of the stigmas and the toasting on embers of noble wood are carried out carefully: in this way, saffron keeps all its healthy and culinary characteristics. In the surroundings of Pozzolengo (Bs), the owners of the farm Al Muràs cultivate pure saffron from Pozzolengo. Thanks to the land, which is full of minerals, to the attention of artisans and to the roasting with wood, the quality of this product is very high. The owners of the farm sell the saffron and they produce marmalades, organic honey, extra virgin olive oil and bakery products.

Sul palco dei Care’s Talks, quest’anno arricchiti dal nuovo format delle partner testimony, si sono alternati diversi confronti e scambi su come sia possibile essere etici e sostenibili. Alcuni esempi: Harald Gasser, contadino altoatesino, crede e pratica nella sua azienda (Aspinger Raritäten) una coltivazione che va oltre il biologico. Andrea Sinigaglia di ALMA, importante centro di formazione della cucina Italiana, sottolinea l’importanza di investire nella formazione, creando un cuoco pensante che lavori con

coscienza. L’imprenditore Oscar Farinetti ideatore di Eataly e di Fico quando richiama alla conoscenza delle proprie origini e radici quale punto di partenza per una diffusione che raggiunga e faccia rete con altre realtà. Care’s è ormai un vero e proprio stile di vita attraverso cui poter valorizzare e migliorare la dimensione economico-sociale; lo scambio di consapevolezze, esperienze, progetti attuali e futuri, indica un nuovo orizzonte dove tutela e rispetto aprono nuove possibilità. Auf dem der Kenntnis für eine nachhaltige Welt, vom natürlichsten und heutzutage untergeschätzten Element: dem Essen. Ein fixer Termin ist der Care’s, in Hochabtei, wo jedes Jahr die Veranstaltung in Winter stattfindet. Vier Tage mit Showcooking, Masterclasses und Reden, um das Ziel des Projektes zu erläutern. Ein bewussteres und aufmerksameres Umgehen mit dem Essen beizubringen, als erster Schritt in die Zukunft, die immer mehr Nachhaltigkeit erfordert. Norbert Niederkofler (drei Sterne Michelin und Gründer des Projektes mit Paolo Ferretti) verwendet in seiner Küche alte Traditionen, bei denen Zutaten wiederverwendet werden. Auf den Planeten achten, Verschwendungen vermeiden und für neue Kenntnisse offen sein. Neue Chancen sind die Merkmale vom Care’s 2018. Dieses Jahr hat die Veranstaltung kleine Orte und multinationale Unternehmen miteinbezogen, die das gleiche Ziel haben: die Umwelt zu schützen. Majestic rock faces, glaciers, very high peaks, towers and pinnacles, peaks over 3,000 meters. These are the Dolomites, landscape with an incomparable charm. The phenomenon of the alpenglow makes them even more fascinating. The alpenglow is the reddish glow of the “pale mountains” (the name is due to the light colour of the rocks) during the sunset. The Dolomites, mountain chain in the Eastern Alps, are one of the 53 Italian sites in the World Heritage List of the Unesco. They are an irresistible enticement for mountains’ lovers from all over the world. The Dolomites are an unforgettable experience, in the summer as well as in winter.

Dopo le medaglie già vinte, quale vittoria vorresti conquistare? La medaglia più importante è quella dei mondiali junior, ma c’è ancora tanto da raggiungere. Come vittoria personale, al momento, la più grande sarebbe tornare al meglio sugli sci e riuscire a stupirmi, senza un risultato preciso, solamente sorprendere me stessa. Quando hai capito che lo sci sarebbe stato il tuo futuro? Esattamente non so. Ho sempre sciato perché mi divertivo e di conseguenza, ogni giorno di più, questo sport è diventato la mia vita. Ogni tanto mi guardo indietro e, insieme alla mia famiglia, penso a quando ero piccola e magari vincevo le garetta della domenica... Allora mi chiedo “chi lo avrebbe mai detto?”. Qual è la pista che hai nel cuore? Sicuramente la Rettenbach di Sölden, il mio miglior risultato, per la prima volta sono entrata nelle prime 30 in coppa del mondo. È la pista che ho sognato fin da quando ho iniziato a guardare le gare di coppa del mondo in tv. Una grandissima emozione scendere da quel muro con tutte le persone che ti guardano e ti aspettano al traguardo.

Which other race would you like to win? At the moment, I would like to ski again and to surprise myself. I do not want to achieve a special goal, I just want to surprise myself. When did you understand that skiing would have been your future? I do not know exactly. I have always been skiing because it was pleasant for me. Sometimes I think about my childhood. I still cannot believe it. Which is for you the most important track? For sure Rettenbach in Sölden. That was the first time I have been in the Top 30 in a World Championship. And that is the track I have always dreamed of.

Was möchtest du gerne noch gewinnen? Momentan würde ich einfach gerne wieder skifahren und mich selber erstaunen. Ich habe kein bestimmtes Ziel: Ich will mich selber erstaunen. Wann hast du verstanden, dass Skifahren deine Zukunft dargestellt hätte? Ich weiß es nicht genau. Ich bin immer skigefahren, weil ich Spaß daran hatte. Manchmal denke ich an meine Kindheit. Ich kann es immer noch nicht glauben. Welche Piste liegt dir besonders am Herzen? Sicherlich Rettenbach in Sölden. Zum ersten Mal war ich da in den Top 30 bei der Weltmeisterschaft. Von dieser Piste habe ich immer geträumt.

Cortina d’Ampezzo è da decenni l’incontrastata sovrana di una delle zone turistiche e naturalistiche di maggior pregio al mondo. Un giusto mix di sport, turismo, cultura e dolce vita. In qualsiasi periodo dell’anno la bellezza della Valle d’Ampezzo, conca ampia e soleggiata che ospita Cortina, attrae visitatori da tutto il mondo e la stessa Cortina può vantare una storia millenaria e una lunga tradizione nel turismo. Inclusa nel Dolomiti Superski, carosello sciistico che con un solo skipass per 450 impianti di risalita e 1.220 chilometri di piste unisce 12 località, Cortina oggi guarda con ottimismo al futuro grazie all’assegnazione dei Campionati Mondiali di Sci Alpino del 2021. I Campionati del Mondo di Sci Alpino 2021, suggellano il legame che unisce Cortina alla montagna, alla neve, allo sport e alla tradizione italiana. Dal 6 al 19 febbraio 2021, oltre 600 atleti da 70 nazioni, si confronteranno nell’ampezzano, aggiudicandosi gli 11 titoli mondiali. Saranno 14 giorni di gare maschili e femminili di discesa, Super G, gigante, slalom e combinata. Nei prossimi quattro anni, fra Coppa del Mondo e Mondiali, Cortina sarà quindi scenario di ben 28 gare internazionali di sci, senza dimenticare gli appuntamenti della Coppa Europa e le competizioni juniores.

Giunta alla 32a edizione, tre percorsi, diversi per distanza e dislivello, vedono protagoniste le due ruote tra gli incantevoli Passi Dolomitici: Campolongo, Sella, Pordoi, Gardena, Giau, Falzarego e Valparola.
