New Resource Center for Children with Special Needs Visit the new Binford I CAN, Too! Center, serving children with accessibility needs and their caregivers, located at the San Diego Central Library downtown. Participants have access to resources such as ZoomText, speech-to-text software, high-definition keyboards, large print Braille books, sensory integration kits and more.
