Find out more at our first ‘Exeter City of Sanctuary’ meeting at the Phoenix Arts Centre Wednesday 14th May - 6pm. Open to all Exeter City of Sanctuary is a group hoping to build awareness around refugees and asylum seekers in the area and to help make Exeter a safe and welcoming place for anyone who is going through or has been through the asylum process. Majors Alan & Carol are on furlough (holiday) until Tuesday 6th May. We pray they enjoy a time of relaxation after what has been a very busy period with extra responsibilities from our Corps building work. May God bless them and grant them a refreshing time Please continue to pray for all those in our fellowship who have long term illnesses; are in hospital or residential care; those recovering from surgery or undergoing treatment and for all those who are caring for them Please pray for all our students preparing for examinations just now A revised Corps Prayer Diary is now available in the foyer offering us a daily focus on those connected to our fellowship and overseas projects. An Ecumenical group meets on the second Saturday of the month to pray for our city. Venues vary so please speak to Major Carol for more details
