Research, reports and journal articles 1.1 Legal aid in trafficking and modern slavery compensation claim cases review (December 2016) A Ministry of Justice policy paper reviewing the civil legal aid arrangements for those seeking help for trafficking and modern slavery compensation claims, which aimed to identify potential barriers to accessing assistance.
