“A Tribute to Hispanic Women” To Our Prospective Sponsor: For over a century, communities around the world have gathered to celebrate International Women’s Day on March 8th. This special day commemorates the important roles and contributions that women make in our in communities, regardless of race, education, age, or religion. One March 5th, 2015, Sucesos Newspaper and Solo Mujeres Magazine will honor Hispanic women in Houston who have made their mark in areas such as politics, business, mass media, education, arts, science, literature and sports. During our 8th Annual Luncheon, we are proud to present the “Woman of the Year” award to Mrs. Sonia Clayton, Founder, President and CEO of Virtual Intelligence Providers, LLC (VIP), a recipient of 24 awards of excellence, since inception to date, to include white house and state recognition. In 2015, we will continue to build on the success of the POWER Forum. We will gather an amazing group of “trailblazers” to share their personal journey, to empower others, and to inspire future generations of trailblazers. To add to the excitement, we will extend an invitation to local high school students to attend. Giving them an opportunity to gain new insights on leadership, personal success and the commitment to higher education.
