Lancer Luau

To-Go Dinner & Raffle

The Lancer Luau raised over $47,500 to benefit the Lancers. Mahalo to all our event sponsors, donors and attendees!

The SCEF Lancer Luau, a newly imagined fundraising event, was held on Saturday, March 27, 2021 in the Glenn parking lot on campus. Over 120 cars of guests were greeted by the sounds of island melodies and the bright colors of floral leis and orange traffic cones. Guests enjoyed a to-go Hawaiian dinner of smoked kalua pork, honey citrus glazed chicken, pina colada rice and pineapple upside down cake. Event sponsors were delighted with their Luau gift baskets filled with tiki glasses, rum, mai tai mix, pineapples, island party decor and more! From the comfort of their homes, Luau goers watched a pre-recorded video featuring gratitude from Kay Sullivan and Timothy Harris ’87, Foundation President, along with a special Salpointe Choir performance of “Hawaiian Roller Coaster Ride.” The night ended with the long-awaited announcement of the three specialty raffle basket winners.
