









Peter has been in the business of estate agency for over three decades, amassing a wealth of experience in all aspects of the industry. It’s rare that Peter comes across a situation he hasn’t faced before and his invaluable industry experience regularly comes into play, successfully resolving many of the complex issues associated with property sales. Peter is primarily responsible for the day-to-day running of the business, personally visiting and valuing each property to ensure every client receives accurate, expert advice.
Having spent many years working around the country as a freelance sales trainer, Jane has more recently been spending more time closer to home supporting the Peter James Property team. Jane gets heavily involved the business during our busiest periods, her main focus is marketing, customer relations and accompanied viewings. Jane has a keen interest in interior design, gardening and cooking/entertaining. She loves to keep fit and regularly attends classes at Wolverhampton Lawn and Tennis club.
After qualifying with a BA (Hons) in Architecture from Portsmouth University, Matt followed his passion for all things property into estate agency, where he has enjoyed a successful career. At Peter James Property, Matt oversees our IT operations and keeps the office running like clockwork, typically being the first member of staff on site every morning. Matt is enthusiastic, thrives under pressure, and outside of work he can often be found in the gym and enjoying his CrossFit.
Julie has spent almost 30 years in property sales, including 20 years selling new-build homes. At the age of just 21, she was promoted to the position of Sales Manager and soon rose to Sales Director. After embarking on an Estate Management course through Reading University, Julie graduated with a Certificate of Residential Estate Agency and began a successful career in this area. At Peter James, she is responsible for sales progression, meticulously following each sale through to completion, liaising daily with all parties, and dealing with office enquiries. Julie also conducts viewings and valuations when required.
Following a successful career as a business development manager in the shop fitting industry, Maria took some time out to raise her young family and follow her passion for all things property. Her creative flair and business development skills helped her build a thriving floristry and interiors company. Eventually, she brought these skills into a new career in estate agency and has since gained many years of experience. Maria’s friendly, approachable nature ensures smooth communication, managing negotiations between both parties and providing a welcoming face at viewings.
A former Wolverhampton Grammar School pupil, Grace has lived in and around Wolverhampton all her life and has excellent personal knowledge of the local area. Grace initially honed her skills working in event management, holding a degree in the subject from the University of Birmingham. After working in this industry for over seven years, Grace developed superb people skills and sharp problem-solving and communication abilities, combined with an enthusiasm for customer service. Having always had a passion for property, Grace was keen to follow this interest with a career in estate agency and now works as one of our dedicated Property Negotiators. Outside of work, Grace is an avid tennis player and can usually be found on the tennis court.
Lucy’s career in property has spanned almost two decades and has seen her develop into a true property professional, with excellent market knowledge. Having worked for various estate agents within the local area, Lucy has cultivated a broad set of skills and professional relationships, often dealing with blue-chip companies and high-end clients. More recently, Lucy has specialised in lettings and has acquired a loyal following amongst local landlords. Outside work, Lucy can often be found outdoors, looking after her three miniature Shetland ponies or walking her two Jack Russell terriers.
A former Wolverhampton Grammar and Birchfield School pupil, Arjun arrives with a strong working knowledge of the Wolverhampton and east Shropshire area. Holding a first-class degree in Sport Management from the University of Birmingham, Arjun has previously worked in numerous customer-facing roles at University College Birmingham and for the RAC. Having been intricately involved in his family business and observing the trends within the local property market, Arjun was keen to make the transition into estate agency and cannot wait to get started in his new role as one of our dedicated Property Negotiators. Away from the office, Arjun is a keen football fan and holds a season ticket at Arsenal. He is also a member of WLTSC and a regular ‘spinner’
Ceri is a professional copywriter, researcher and editor who left the hospitality industry to study literature and history in 2013. Now fully qualified with a first-class BA and a Masters degree, Ceri provides perfectly crafted marketing copy for our bespoke property details, carefully tailored to each individual home whether you are selling a modern city apartment or a grand country house.

Our specialist care, whether delivered at our purposebuilt facilities on site at Compton Hall or in a patient’s own home, is tailored to individual needs, helping patients and their loved ones to feel safe and supported.
Ensuring local people living with or caring for someone with a palliative diagnosis have access to the specialist care and support they need remains our number one priority.

Provide 24-hour specialist care on our Inpatient Unit to 341 patients, and admit 746 patients to our new Virtual Ward allowing people to remain at home Help and support over 100 children and young people through our dedicated Children & Young Person Support Worker
Make 8 , 790 home visits by our Community team , consisting of doctors , paramedics and nurses , offering specialist support to patients and their families
Compton’s Business Club was launched in 2022, attracting many local businesses.
