Peter has been in the business of estate agency for over three decades, amassing a wealth of experience in all aspects of the industry. It’s rare that Peter comes across a situation he hasn’t faced before and his invaluable industry experience regularly comes into play, successfully resolving many of the complex issues associated with property sales. Peter is primarily responsible for the day-today running of the business, personally visiting and valuing each property to ensure every client receives accurate, expert advice.

Matt

After qualifying with a BA (Hons) in Architecture from Portsmouth University, Matt followed his passion for all things property into estate agency, where he has enjoyed a successful career. At Peter James Property, Matt oversees our IT operations and keeps the office running like clockwork, typically being the first member of staff on site every morning. Matt is enthusiastic, thrives under pressure, and outside of work he can often be found in the gym and enjoying his CrossFit.

Julie

Julie has spent almost 30 years in property sales, including 20 years selling new-build homes. At the age of just 21, she was promoted to the position of Sales Manager and soon rose to Sales Director. After embarking on an Estate Management course through Reading University, Julie graduated with a Certificate of Residential Estate Agency and began a successful career in this area. At Peter James, she is responsible for sales progression, meticulously following each sale through to completion, liaising daily with all parties, and dealing with office enquiries. Julie also conducts viewings and valuations when required.

Tish

Joining us in 2020 as our Senior Sales Negotiator, Tish’s strong background in property sales, negotiation, and expert local knowledge made her a perfect fit for the role. She began her career working for one of the largest and most successful national estate agents, where she was rapidly promoted to Sales Manager. Soon, Tish was recognised as one of the company’s top three UK sales negotiators. Since then, she has gained extensive experience working on behalf of numerous local agencies and now brings her approachable, friendly service and impeccable professional skills to Peter James Property.

Ceri

Ceri is a skilled copywriter, researcher, and editor, who provides carefully tailored marketing copy for our bespoke property details. Having a first-class degree in English, Ceri’s skill with the written word allows us to capture the imagination of potential buyers and present each property at its best. She spends the remainder of her time working on her doctoral thesis at Keele University.

Georgina

Georgina has over a decade of experience in estate agency, having started out aged just 19 as a negotiator with a leading UK agent. Promoted within her first 12 months in this role, she quickly became a senior negotiator for the company and later moved her career to Dubai. On arrival, Georgina joined the UAE’s number one real estate company, working her way up through the company and winning several prestigious awards in the process. After four years working abroad, Georgina has now returned to the UK and brings her tenacious, passionate attitude, and motivated customer service to her clients at Peter James Property.

The Team Lucy

Lucy’s career in property has spanned almost two decades and has seen her develop into a true property professional, with excellent market knowledge. Having worked for various estate agents within the local area, Lucy has cultivated a broad set of skills and professional relationships, often dealing with blue-chip companies and high-end clients. More recently, Lucy has specialised in lettings and has acquired a loyal following amongst local landlords. Outside work, Lucy can often be found outdoors, looking after her three miniature Shetland ponies or walking her two Jack Russell terriers.

Steven

Steven is a highly-skilled estate agent with extensive local knowledge and over 25 years’ experience working in the area. Until 2018, Steven operated his own business, focusing on residential lettings and managing in excess of 200 residential lettings before selling the company. Following the sale, Steven spent 18 months working in new-home sales and has now joined Peter James Property as our Lettings Manager and Senior Valuer.

Mollie

Always friendly and approachable, Mollie provides a warm welcome to everyone who steps through our door. Mollie is a real people-person and a valuable addition to our front-of-house team, who assists in the office and often helps out with viewings.
