ARRIVAL & DISMISSAL PROCEDURES Arrival
The school hours are 8:30 A.M. - 3:00 P.M. for the early childhood and elementary grades. Classes will begin promptly at 8:30 A.M. Dismissal is at 3:00 P.M. The school clocks are set to atomic time indicated by your cell phone company. Please set your clocks accordingly. VPK A.M. only students’ hours are 8:30 A.M. – 11:40 A.M. VPK Wrap-Around students will follow the normal school hours listed above. ALL DISMISSAL CHANGES MUST BE IN WRITING (EMAIL TO THE FRONT OFFICE) by 2:00 P.M. DISMISSAL CHANGES WILL NOT BE TAKEN OVER THE PHONE. The school will not release your child to anyone unless your approval has been granted in an email to the front office. No student will be dismissed after 2:30 P.M. For early dismissals, the parent must call the front office 30 minutes before arriving so that child can be released from class and in the gazebo accompanied by a staff member.
