Role of the Club Sponsor

When a club sponsors an event, it is up to that club sponsor to secure a sufficient number of chaperones and it is the responsibility of the sponsor to notify administration of who the chaperones will be. Club sponsors must review the supervision guidelines with all chaperones in attendance.

Whenever you leave campus with students for an approved club sponsored event you must inform all teachers, administrators, and front office staff and provide a list of all students in attendance. You must take a completed Field Trip Notification form for each student in attendance as well as all medical information.
