PERSONNEL QUALIFICATIONS

The Quality Manager qualifies employee capabilities to ensure that they are capable of completely carrying out their assigned quality responsibilities including the following capabilities:  Knowledge of Company quality standards  Knowledge of job responsibilities and authority  Demonstrated skills and knowledge  Demonstrated ability  Demonstrated results  Required training  Required experience The Quality Manager also evaluates independent contractor personnel on the same standards that apply to employees.

PERSONNEL CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Personnel certifications are required for the following: 30 HOUR OSHA TRAINING for Safety Manager.

Journeyman Lineman are not required to by licensed or certified as per Texas Occupations Code Chapter 1305.003 (a)

(5) which states the following exemption: (a)This chapter does not apply to: (5)the installation, maintenance, alteration, or repair of electrical equipment under the exclusive control of an electric utility, power generation company as defined by Sections 31.002 (Definitions)(1) and (10), Utilities Code, electric cooperative, or municipally owned utility and used for communications or metering, or for the generation, control, transformation, transmission, and distribution of electrical energy,

and located: (A) in a building used exclusively by a utility or power generation company for those purposes; (B)outdoors on property owned or leased by the utility or power generation company; (C)on public highways, streets, roads, or other public rights-of-way; or (D)outdoors by established rights in vaults or on private property;

QUALITY RESPONSIBILITIES

On this project, each job position has specific duties, responsibilities, and authorities defined as follows.

GENERAL MANAGER: QUALITY DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES, AND AUTHORITY

The General Manager is responsible for ensuring project-wide effectiveness of the Quality System. Regardless of other duties, the General Manager is responsible for:  Fully implementing all provisions of the [CompanyName] Quality System and related documents for each project.  Manage the operation of the [CompanyName] Quality System
