Help us provide essential household items to help make our families feel at home in shelter and as they move into their own housing. All donated items should be new and unopened. No trial or travel sized items. Purchase items below or shop one of our online wish lists and have them shipped to our shelter. If you have any questions, please email donations@safehaven.org.

If you have items to donate that we cannot accept, please consider donating them to ThriftSmart (thirftsmart.com) and indicate the items are in support of Safe Haven Family Shelter. This helps us earn credits that families can use to purchase items they need.

GIFT CARDS:

Donate $25 gift cards from Amazon, Instacart or Walmart for families to purchase items they need. Gas cards and Lyft gift cards help families with essential transportation.

CLEANING & LAUNDRY:

• All-purpose spray cleaner

• Brooms w/ dust pans

• 1.25 Bushel-size laundry baskets

KITCHEN:

• Can openers

• 4 Place setting dish sets

LINENS & BATHROOM:

• Bath towels

• Washcloths (bathing)

• Comforter bed in a bag, full size for adults

• 50 – 100 oz Laundry detergent for high efficiency washers

• Mops and buckets

• Paper towels

• Trash cans (kitchen sized)

• Trash bags (kitchen sized)

• Dish sponges

• 10 – 20 oz Liquid dish soap

• 16 to 20 oz Plastic Drink Tumblers

• 12 – 18 Pots and pans sets with lids

• 20 Piece silverware sets

• Comforter bed in a bag, twin size for children and teens

• Standard size pillows

• Shower curtains (heavy weight & opaque) and curtain hooks

• Toilet Paper
