Suppose if legalized cancellation of pregnancy is eliminated, then the law will be stated that will force women to carry pregnancies to term. It might happen that usage of women’s body would be made to provide a place where a fetus can develop into a baby. This is the ideal of pro-life activists, but would it follow moral principles? Not allowing females a choice over being pregnant and procreating is not at all well-suited with justice in a liberal, democratic state. If anti-choice

protestors feel that the fetus is a person and abortion immoral, it shouldn’t be banned through unethical means.

Morals and consequences of sexual activity: Pregnancy habitually occurs as a consequence of sexual activity. Therefore, questions about the ethics of pregnancy termination should include questions about the ethics of sex itself. Some seem to assume or even argue that intercourse should carry consequences whether one of which might be pregnancy. Thus, it is unethical to cease those consequences whether through contraception or cancellation of pregnancy. Hence, not permitting women to buy abortion pill to prevent from the burden of unwanted childbearing would not be ethical.
