Paving by Asphalt Valley Services. Electrical, diesel back-up generator, internet and satellite by Mountain View Electrical Ltd. Sound system by Ryan Young Technical Services. High Country Insulation; fibreglass in walls and blown-in insulation in ceiling. M&K Ready Mix provided the concrete. Additional comments: • Excavation was done by Postill Nixon Earthworks (absolute super job, amazing accuracy). • Heating and misting system for dust control by Combined Mechanical (great work, made sure everything worked to owners complete satisfaction).
The posts on the long side are ornamental, with red tin roof to break up the length of the building. Looking up from below the arena, and up from the road, it adds a beautiful finish and breaks up the long, high side. We added warmth to the building by using rough timber for the overhangs/fascia boards.
• Perimeter fencing, automatic gate, cross fencing, and special design steel fence system for horse barn done by Score Construction. By far the best in British Columbia. Absolute honest, always on budget, accurate, perfectionist finishing, does not leave until it is right. Highly recommend for any type of fencing! • Contractor Bryan Schultz has well exceeded our expectations. Highly intelligent, motivated, very clean jobsite, absolute perfect workmanship and quality, on budget, extremely honest, and hard working!
