Dubai Knowledge Village (DKV) followed to host companies that provided undergraduate, postgraduate, and continuing education to Dubai’s quickly growing cadre of knowledge workers. tEcoM investments was formed in 2005 to manage a rapidly growing portfolio of business parks. to date, tEcoM continues to develop and operate 11 business parks, including the new fashion, design and luxury hub, Dubai Design District, or d3.
