dedication SAA has been dedicated to urban planning & design since the firm was founded by David Schreiber and Tim Anderson in 1984. SAA has been designing urban spaces including public gathering spaces, plazas, walkways, parks, river walks, and the redevelopment of neighborhoods and downtowns for many communities throughout the Midwest. Today, SAA prepares a variety of urban plans and facility designs for public and private clients.
