dedication SAA has been dedicated to downtown beautification and streetscape design since the firm was founded in 1984. SAA has been designing urban spaces including streetscapes, public gathering spaces, plazas, walkways, parks, river walks, and the redevelopment of neighborhoods and downtowns for communities throughout the Midwest. SAA prepares plans and designs for the DOT, municipalities and private projects.
