Servicing and Asset Management

FIRE EQUIPMENT SERVICE PROCESS

On request of instructions to commence service:

SP Group will request a list of all live sites and contact details

We will then contact all site managers within a week off receiving this list:

SP Group will seek out what Fire Equipment they have on site and when the Extinguishers are due for a service, these details will then be recorded on to our servicing schedule

Prior to Fire Equipment at your sites becoming due for a service:

We will contact the appropriate site manager an equally convenient date for an engineer to attend the site. An engineer will then attend the site on the arranged date to carry out the service.

Following the service, a report will be sent to head office. A quotation for the works will be compiled from the report. The quotation will then be sent to the correct buyer. Following this, an invoice will be produced once an order number has be established.

The benefits of a management package mean we can offer to oversee what you have in storage and on-site, see which, if any, Fire Extinguishers are due for service and look for condemned or missing equipment.
