Grams per Square Meter is the unit of measurement for understanding the thickness of scaffold sheeting
BS/ENStandard - BS denotes Britain's National Standards which are controlled by the British Standards Institute (BSI).
EN denotes a Standard which is adopted by the European community.
EyeletPullStrength - the maximum pull or hold that an eyelet can bear before breaking when it is pulled

HEIGHT SAFETY & PPE
Taller heights mean greater risks, but construction workers still face hazards even when working at ground level. This is a reality that builders must be prepared for. Wearing height safety and personal protective equipment (PPE) is their first line of defence in minimising and mitigating on-site accidents.
Height safety includes anti-fall harnesses that connect to an immovable anchor point via a fall-resistant or fallarrest lanyard. Wearing one guarantees the wearer is secure in the event of fall, provided it’s properly worn. Builders, scaffolders, and anyone qualified working above ground must wear this piece of safety equipment when working at heights of six feet or more.
PPE for construction is designed for general use and must be worn in accordance with the Personal Protective Equipment at Work Regulations 1992. Common PPE includes hard hats, high-visibility vests, protective gloves and glasses, ear protectors, safety harnesses, and appropriate footwear.
