Stack the rolls into a Tower Stand next to the tower, legs parallel to each Drop into a squat

Hold the squat while you stack the rolls left and right till the times runs out

Stack the rolls into a tower

Stand next to the tower and allow a bit of space between your knees and tower

Drop into a squat

Take the highest roll of the tower, jump squat 180 degree so you are facing the opposite side

Place the toilet roll on the opposite side of the floor

Jump squat 180 degree

Take another toiler roll and repeat

Place the toilet roll on top of the previously placed rolls recreating the tower with each additional roll

Continue the movement until the tower has been rebuild

Stand next to the tower and allow a bit of space between your knees and tower

Take on roll of paper Shuffle to one side and move to the next side

Drop the roll and continue fetching other rolls until they are stack to the one side into a tower

Continue stacking through shuffle movement from left to right

Stack the rolls into a Tower

Drop into a plank position with the toilet roll in front of you

Keep your core tight and minimize movement of the hips

Drop the tower by taking the highest placed toilet roll from the top of the tower and create a new tower

Continue taking the next toilet roll using the same hand without dropping the plank

Complete building the tower whilst continue planking

Then, using you other your hand, redo the activity and rebuild another tower

Continue the movement until the time ends whilst keep holding the plank

Sit on the mat with your knees slightly bent

Stack the toilet rolls tower on one side next to your core

Perform a Russian Twist while re stacking the toilet roll on the other side

Repeat the stacking to the other side until the time stops
