Kick Start your Autumn /Indoor Workout with the Fun Toilet Roll Home Workout
It’s 6 exercises, each exercise has four repetitions (reps) of the set time based on your chosen fitness level below
Advanced level: 40 seconds each set rest for 20 seconds

Intermediate level: 30 seconds each set rest 15seconds
Beginner level: 20 seconds each set rest 10 seconds
Precautions
Before starting a workout make sure you consult a doctor in case you have any underlying illness
Make sure your environment is safe you have adequate space. Hydrate during your rest period and post workout
Warm Up First before starting any exercise: 30 seconds spot runs, jumping jacks, butt kicks
Make sure you cool down and stretch post the workout
